I was also scammed. They sent me a different, unusable item, and no replacement! No refund either. Worst service ever. Never again! Beware of this company.

SCAM ALERT!!
SCAM ALERT!!! Robbed me of my money. I ordered goods THREE months ago, when they did not arrive I began chasing them, they blamed the courier, then Donald Trumps export tariffs, and then just went silent. I requested a refund 6 times, now they just ignore me. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY, THEY ARE ROBBERS
This company is a complete fraud
This company is a complete fraud. They send you fake shipping information over the course of 2 months waiting, hoping you just forget.
Disputed charges with my credit card company and was instantly refunded my money based on this company's terrible credit card dispute records.
DON'T GET RIPPED OFF. THESE PEOPLE WILL STEAL FROM YOU GUARANTEED.
A false and misleading advert.
After a very long shipping delay my Poodle lamp turned up .It has little resemblance to the one advertised and is plastic and wire ( not glass and metal). Hardly a lamp at all - it is operated by a small battery which will not last. It is a fraction of the size stipulated in the advert which is clearly false. Just a poor little light. My complaint was answered by an email saying I would need to return it to China at my own expense (not America where it was supposed to have come from).

fraudulent company
I presume I have been conned by this seller, as I have been waiting over a month for my crocheted chihuahua. I only ordered it because it is a replica of my dog, who has gone to the Rainbow Bridge.
This company SUCKS!
I placed an order two months ago and have yet to receive it. It made it to Tulsa, and now they have resent out another one from , you guessed it.....CHINA! Go figure!!! I will never order from this company again!
Never arrived
I placed an order for a Pomeranian lamp for a birthday present for my wife. I placed the order over two months ago. According to their tracking information the package supposedly made it to Boston almost a month ago but hasn't moved since then. I've contacted the company several times and keep getting the same tracking information. I asked for a refund or for them to send another one, but from what I've seen on the reviews of other customers I don't hold much hope of seeing a refund or the lamp I paid for
Nothing arrived
Nothing arrived
I paid 58 USD + shipment fee for transportation to Germany - 6 weeks ago! But I haven't received anything inspite of receiving in total 9 different informations where my lamp is right now. Last info was that the package is in Munich/Germany - 9 days ago!! I can't believe that the last 60 mi from Munich to my home takes so long. I'm pretty shure nothing will come to me. The lamp was planned to be a beautiful present to an old friend of mine and it looked great on pictures ...
WARNING: DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
I paid $50 for something that was…
I paid $50 for something that was supposed to be metal and glass with a framed base and it's plastic. I'm very irritated 😡
Well good ole beautiful sunflower…
Well good ole beautiful sunflower almost got me. If it weren’t for my bank and the email they sent I still might be in a bind. When I ordered the Boston terrier lamp the price it showed was $53.78. When I hit the complete transaction button the price jumped all the way to $69.91. I was charged $9 dollars for shipping when it should have been free (anything over $49.99 was free). Then I saw where those bastards charged me $16.01 for taxes. So let’s just say I immediately emailed them to cancel my order. I wasn’t gonna be ripped off. They sent some crap saying they had to check with different departments to make sure they didn’t have any other money to take. I responded to them that I’m the morning I’m going to the bank and I’m disputing the charges. Well before morning hit I was tagged with another full charge of $69.91. That was two charges for that much when I only ordered one. Then I saw where they refunded me $16.01 for the taxes. Well the next morning I went to my bank (PNC) and showed them my evidence of me canceling the order and the added and taken away charges that showed. But on the bank computer the $16.01 was taken back by them before me going to the bank. So my bank reached out to PayPal and told PayPal give me the contact info for that company or PayPal would be dealing with PNC. Well PayPal was quick to get the email and phone number from them. So the emailed them a nasty email and then we called them from the bank as I was there. They said they knew about my situation and was working on shipping it out to me quickly. The bank told them don’t worry he doesn’t want the item and wants his money back. They she said I see on my end that you double charged Mr. (My last name) and that’s not gonna happen. So they tried to say PayPal was the one who charged me and the bank said no you charged him. To cut this story short the bank said all $123.68 better be back in his account by morning (Saturday morning) or we’re gonna deal with it through our fraud department. Well when I woke up this morning all of it was returned. PayPal is a joke and I will never deal with PayPal when it comes to any kind of payment. They are a riot off and then when you try to explain it to them they just don’t even care that you got ripped off. That tells me it seems PayPal and that company are working together to rip people off and it’s bullshit. If you’ve been ripped off I suggest you go to your bank and explain to them what happened and get your money back. If you’ve have PNC you should have to problems like I did. Oh and the company said they already sent the lamp out to me and that I should see if I like it to possibly keep. I told them I will not accept the item in the mail regardless who delivers it. Good luck on you getting your money back everyone.
The “stained glass” dogs look nothing like the pictures
I bought their lights that look like stained glass dogs. Absolutely Nothing like the picture. Cheap junk. Complete scam. $97 for plastic junk. Do not trust them.
advent calendar disaster
Ordered the Velaris advent calendar off a Facebook ad without checking on here first. It took forever to come and all the boxes within the “calander” were empty. I spent £38 on cardboard.. absolutely fuming. Filed a case through PayPal and I’ve been offered £4 back and I “get to keep the item” (already in the bin). Please don’t order from this site, with this many bad reviews you won’t be the lucky one.
Fraudulent Website - no products exist
The website is a scam. They have a fake ship tracking website that shows random information until it reaches your country of destination, in my case the UK. Then it ends at a random location and says out for delivery. Weeks go by and no delivery. They refuse to say which courier it is with but they spoke to them and it's still on the way. These are all just delaying tactics while they scam more people. Report the website to get them shut down and avoid others losing money.
SCAM website!! BEWARE - Received plastic junk instead of product
Ordered 2 Gnome Advent calendars, instead of receiving gnomes as per the website pictures and description, inside the boxes were cheap plastic junk!!! Totally outrageous and customer services telling me nothing wrong and offer me 15 USD instead of the 74 USD I paid. WHAT A SCAM!!!! Avoid this website!!!!
Avoid at all cost and try to inform Police
I bought a perfume from them on September 1st 2024 and still, December 2024, no news about it. There is a scamming tracker of the shipment that says it have arrived to my post office by the end of September but I was never contacted about it. Whenever I send an e-mail asking for the refund, they just reply that it will arrive soon. I just reported them to IT Police in my country and they are notifing US and Chinese authorities about it. It looks like a lot of people are scammed by them. I hope they will be found soon.
Beautiful Sunflower- Swiftopoly is a Complete Ripoff
Unfortunately, I saw the Swiftopoly game from Beautiful Sunflower advertised on Facebook and against my usual caution when purchasing online, I decided it would be a perfect birthday gift from my 14 year-old granddaughter who is an avid Swiftie.
I made the purchase in early October a couple of months before her birthday. The online photos looked impressive, so I thought I was safe to purchase it.
I had problems from the very first with two lots of tracking from different logistics companies, Providing me with absolutely no information about the location of my purchase. I made multiple inquiries about its whereabouts and as my granddaughter‘s birthday got closer I felt terribly disappointed that the product would not arrive so I ordered another copy of the game from a different supplier and it arrived within two weeks and was a satisfactory product.
Yesterday I finally learned that my purchase from Beautiful Sunflower would arrive today. When it did, I was devastated to see what my hard earned $AU had bought - A plain cardboard box, a cloth game board and very poorly produced plastic and cardboard tokens. I have emailed the company to let them know that they have ripped me off and then I will never buy from them again. I do hope others considering Any purchase from this company will think twice and walk away. I’ve heard about Internet scams but this is the first time I feel like a victim of one do not buy a thing from this company their operation is fraudulent.
Shockingly bad Swiftopoly
Shockingly bad. It doesn't have a board - merely a flimsy scrap of fabric (I really hate having to iron my boardgames before I can play them...), the games pieces are cheap plastic not Taylor Swift themed and it didn't come in a Taylor Swift themed box (just a tiny plain cardboard one). This was a gift for someone but now it's just a gag gift. I can't possibly give this to her with a straight face. Avoid them like you would a party at Diddy's house.
