I orderd my jersey on the 9th of march. On the website it said, that it will take between 7 and 14 days for the shirt to arrive. I was a bit confused when I received an email from them, where they said, because of the pandamic, it will take up to 20 days. Under that it also read that an extra 7 - 10 days will be possible. However on the 1st of april, I got my jersey. Honestly, after I read all the other bad reviews I was sure, that I got scumed too. I hope all the other people who odered from them will experience the same happy result that I had. Best wishes, Jay

Yeah they are crap. I ordered a shirt on December 31st. It is now 1 April and I have nothing. I did not realise that the shirts come from. Gina and not England. If O had know that I would not have bothered. I had a tracker that showed the shirt left China and by the middle of March it was still supposedly in customs. Eventually I got an email response telling me the shirt had been lost and that a new one had been ordered and that a new tracker would be sent to me. Guess what it’s a week later and still nothing. I have emailed them on numerous occasions and have always been told we will look into this and we will get back to you in 24 hours. They don’t. I have repeatedly asked for my money back but I suppose there is no chance of that. A decent company would do that or give me an extra Jersey with my original order. But I doubt now that it ever receive it. I’m surprised to read here that some people have got a jersey as I don’t believe this is a valid company. Oh well, they got me!!! :(

Received my shirt in great time. Really nice quality and thought I had gotten my money's worth. However they did mention to buy one size bigger as the shirts are made pretty small. I'm normally large so bought an XL. Even that was tiny. Needless to say I returned the item, expecting my refund in a few days time. It's now been 12 days and all I keep getting is they need to investigate and will be in touch in 24 hours. Been receiving this same email for the past week. Total scam

Long ordered, they are not responding to emails, and the tracking system doesn’t show anything...STAY AWAY!

I saw these reviews before going on to order from this website, but I waved it all away. You know you are doing a terrible job when majority of your customers think you're a scammer. This is including those whose orders ever arrived. I am not even sure if this isn't a scam.

I ordered a jersey over a month ago and it still has not arrived as I write. I sent an email some 9 days ago and texted the company on Instagram to ask for updates and these were all ignored.

Please don't order from this website. The operators are not serious about the business.

Many people on here saying this companies a scam and how they didn't send items and sent unhelpful emails...I think these are inaccurate as in my experience, you don't receive any emails at all. The bit about not receiving items is accurate though. Feel so stupid using them. Trying to find out how to have them shut down but don't know where to start.... They can't keep getting away with this.

Have repeatedly emailed the company about my order and have just been told that the order will take 3 to 5 days...it's been 2 months. I am now demanding a refund and will be furious with anything less. Do not order from this company!!

I would take all the negative reviews on board and just avoid this mob. I did not check them out before and experienced at least some aspect of what they did.

I paid £38.99 for a football top. Order placed and no order confirmation via email was received. I did not chase this up and waited over 6 weeks before contacting them. I was given generic responses which appeared friendly at first. It got to the point where I said cancel my order and just give me a refund. The emails from Beautiful 90s just became short unfriendly emails giving me no idea what was happening.

Eventually after emailing everyday about a refund today I received it. Of course it was around £2.80 short - I guess that covers the postage of an item that was never posted.

Fortunately I received the majority of my money back which appears others before me haven't. But I have no idea what a 'company' like this will do with my personal details.

Simply put avoid using this mob and don't waste your time, or money, like I and many others clearly have.

Absolute joke of a company, please do not waste your money. Item did not arrive and they do not respond except with automated responses they then promise to look into it further and don’t! You then get the same automated response

Bought a shirt as a Christmas present which was also bought by someone else. Paid extra for “guaranteed Xmas delivery”, it didn’t arrive on time. Confirmed returns policy with John and returned via tracked delivery. Have repeatedly requested status of the return and have repeatedly received all of the same excuses as listed below, “looking into it and come back in 24hrs” (never get a response), “change in system and tracking numbers”, responding with original delivery details and repeatedly calling me the wrong name. The evasive and misleading responses are definitely deliberate and done in an attempt to make you give up.

The replica club shirts are awful, the international shirts are a novelty but 100% not worth the garbage customer support

DISGRACEFUL COMPANY (if it’s a company at all) poor quality had to return item never received refund after numerous correspondence. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!

Would give zero stars if I could.
Told me to receive my refund I had to send the top back as tracked and signed for, which I did, and they had signed for.
Never heard anything from them til I chased them up.
Keep getting told ‘they’re investigating it’. Although I can’t see what there is to investigate. They received the top back and had signed for it!
Doubt I’ll ever receive my refund but I’ve started a claim with them through PayPal.

SCAM of a company. They received my football tshirt return (which they signed for) and was told they had to keep looking into the tracking. They stated they have refunded me twice (still no refund) and keep sending standard responses to my emails saying that they are 'investigating'. DO NOT order from this company, you will be ripped off and won't receive any of your money back.

I have had the same experience as many other people. Ordered a shirt at Christmas, it was the wrong shirt so I returned it and asked for a refund. The shirt has been received by them but I have been waiting two months for a refund. I've been told three times now that it will be received in 3-5 days after continuously chasing but I never receive anything. I don't know where to go from here!

Awful experience. I have tried to use the live chat and also email. With no response.
I have never received a email confirmation or tracking number.
Absolutely devastated as the top was for a family members funeral ordered in plenty of time.

Delivery takes a bit of time, but overall it was good. The t-shirt is beautiful.
