A HUGE SCAM
The 2 football tops that I purchased were surprisingly decent quality. The problem is the fact that I paid for Royal Mail 24 hour next day tracked delivery and they arrived a month later. I didn't want to make a huge issue out of this as due to pandemic, there is always going to be delays and that's understandable.
Now, I had sent an email pursuing my refund for the next day delivery asking when I should expect the money back into my account. I got an email a day later stating it should be 3-5 working days.
Nearly a month later and dozens of emails later I haven't received my refund nor an explanation as to why I haven't had it.
If you don't mind having your money stolen from you and being treated like scum of the Earth rather than a customer, then this is the place for you.
Please stay clear of this website and any of their social media pages, there are plenty of better business selling greater quality football tops.
UPDATE: Still haven't been refunded.
Please if anyone reads this review stay clear of this website you do not want to be disappointed, if you're looking for cheap football shirts then I will gladly help you find a legit, reliable site. This is definitely the worst customer service experience I've had to date
ANOTHER UPDATE: They reached out via trust pilot for my order details to try and resolve the issue and they've had all the information for several now yet I still haven't been contacted never mind refunded.

Dont give them any money
Dont give them any money, you will never get what you order. They keep sending some bs tracking numbers, and nothing happens. You can pay for express service, but get an instand mail back saying it cant be done. And they promise a partial refund, but you dont get the money.
Just dont order here

You need to try a lot harder, this is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. You have lied to me four times. Now in response to my negative review you are trying to save face by coming across as a caring, customer focussed company.
To anyone reading this, do not fall for their trap, they will steal your money as they did with me. There are hundreds of other companies offering the same products so DO NOT take a risk with these criminals.
I actually ordered the exact same shirt from another company and it arrived within 10 days, it’s been 4 months since I ordered the shirt from Beautiful90s, I have received no shirt and no refund.

You will likely not receive your item and then be lied to about the status of your order or refund.

Have ordered a few times from this company and other orders have been slow but have arrived. Been waiting for 64 days and counting for my current order. Customer service has been beyond useless and now have stopped responding even though I am no closer to getting my jerseys. Under no circumstances will I be ordering again.

NOT a British company!
The company claims to be a company from UK, in fact they will send the items from China. I paid an extra fee for "express" delivery. Guess what: Yes, they sent it out like every other parcel and after one month still nothing. The company is not trustworthy simply because they claim to be from GB. I would have never ordered goods from China - clearly because of the delivery times and tax problems you'll get with the customs office.
Edit: Beautiful90s promised a refund by mail. Nothing happened. In February (four month after they took my money) they replied to my rating here.

Appalling service
Appalling service - complete lack of response on an order made 6 weeks ago and multiple emails to ask for an update. There is no phone number just an email address which is never responded to - Order confirmation email arrived and stated that they would send a follow up when order was posted.
No response when requesting a refund either.

Basically a scam. Ordered 23rd November, heard nothing since. On contacting their email address I received a tracking link from a Chinese courier which also states I may be required to pick the parcel up from my local carrier, which suggests to me I may be charged more on delivery. Avoid this ‘retailer’, they are not transparent not trustworthy it would seem.
Update: DO NOT ORDER. The company has confirmed I will be required to pay customs tax ‘in the smallest amount’. I’m going through PayPal for my money back
