Appalling customer service.
I bought this product as a stand alone natural and organic hair lightener. It says on the packet that it must be used with another product. I rang the company to say it should have been advertised as such because I paid £5 shipping for a useless product as it needs an activator. I was told, "you need to look at what you are buying more carefully" and that it was "my fault" for purchasing the wrong product. The man was aggressive and when I called him out on this he said "no you are aggressive". What appalling customer service. He suggested I could return the product for a refund but that would be another £5 postage.

Goods well packaged and delivered in good condition.
It was a good service. Could have been great if i had received a confirmation email of my order. I was panicking as I didn't get the confirmation email of my order although the systemsaid it will be sent. Good point though, it was delivered in good time.

This product works on my hair
I have used this product for years and even if I try something else, I always end up going back to it as it really moisturises and softens my hair. It also helps with scalp irritation.

I did not receive the right product and the right quantity. I was also being threatened for my first review.
Ok so I called PayPal for this. When I received the box. Iy clearly states 1 on the box which was redflag and then I opened the box and it was the wrong item... it should have been the DHT blocker system which is the only one that works for me.. not from the regular line. They are always sending me emails for review, but have not addressed my first email to them regarding this situation. Smdh... so freaking tired.
