Great product and service, highly recommend !

Paid for two items messaged them and still haven't heard from them or received goods. It's a real shame to have to write this review.

They sell products that they don't have in the stock.

Good communication kept me informed of my order and when despatch even got a discount on first order wanted more stuff but just ordered 1 item for now which is just as well as item was chucked over my elderly neighbours garden for delivery good thing it was in a plastic container and not glass (bad delivery person) good thing the item was well packaged the box got wet not sure how long it was in their garden.

Placed an order late on Thursday and paid for next day delivery, per the website expected the order to be processed on Friday and sent out after. I received no correspondence and contacted the company Monday. Was told it had been dispatched but there was no tracking info? nor had I received an email about it being dispatched.
They now advise are processing a refund.

Took 2 weeks for delivery to arrive, was packaged fine.
However the product was a fake, the substance inside the bottles was not correct and completely different colour, smell, it was lumpy (I have been buying this product for over 10 years from different places).

I emailed them same day with picture - no response.

I called 4 days later, they took a message and said someone would get back to me as they were on break, several hours later I heard nothing so called back, was told I'd get a refund if I sent the product back which would be for free and they'd send me details via email - 1 week later haven't received anything.

Not at all interested now they have my money. Not clear why the product inside the bottle is wrong and where that has happened. Do not buy from here!

Happy with my hair and delivery time was pretty good.

I have now received my item. I went to the post office parcel depot with my tracking number, the the tracking code shows the order was delivered but it was there and handed it to me.

I placed a big order at the end of July and the tracking they used said my order was delivered on 2nd August but it was not! I do not have my order!! I was at home the whole day and so was my flatmate and nothing was delivered to me. I even asked my neighbours if maybe they received a parcel for me but they've all said they didn't. I have made a complaint about this to you (by email and by phone) since you are the people I placed my order with but I was laughed at and told it was not your problem and now I'm just being ignored. I have even contacted Royal mail and they have said that YOU NEED TO OPEN A COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS SINCE YOU ARE THE ONES THAT USED THIER SERVICE TO SEND MY Order! I have said this again and again but it's falling on deaf ears!! You are the worst business I have ever had an experience with. You are very unhelpful and not even trying to help me even though I am your customer and I will get my money back from you!! This is not my problem because I am not the one who sent the parcel so you need to deal with this, either find it or refund me. I will definitely get my money back from you through PayPal because you are absolutely useless and not even interested in helping your customers!! I don't even want the products anymore, I just want my money back. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! I am so angry and frustrated about this whole situation and I will not leave you alone untill you refund me my money. You are the absolute worst company ever!

I ordered the products. I did not receive products. I messaged them via their website. A day later I got a refund.....no explanation....

Quick delivery and was sent exactly what l ordered.
Will definitely use them again. 😁

I paid £24.99 for Qei Active Harmonie Reparateur, I have received yet, What is happening. If you don't have it please refund my money as soon as possible to buy from somewhere else.

It has taken too long, they said it will on Friday 2/721, never saw it.
