Better communication needed
I had sent an email asking how long it would take for delivery due to lockdown in nz and they said a week, it’s now been over two weeks and I haven’t gotten a reply On my latest email which was sent a day or two ago. I’m usually a patient person as long as there is good communication, which I havnt recurved. Already paid for the products but haven't received it yet, I hope it comes soon!

I received a friendly email about alternatives because they were out of stock of some items. I replied saying no thank you, two days later I received my package with all items from original order. A little weird but I got everything so that’s great. I liked that it was sent in eco packaging but was disappointed by the use of bubble wrap inside.
