After being sent an incorrect shade in a bunch of five the team were super quick and efficient getting the correct shade to me within days of my contact. After that I ordered more and ran into a technical issue on the website which they promptly fixed whilst also calling to take a phone order in the interim. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend!
