I ordered this product for my mother as she could not find anywhere in Tauranga that stocked it any more.

You advertised products that you did not have in stock and could not supply.
When your staff phoned to advise me they could not supply my order they tried extremely hard to get me to purchase/upgrade to more expensive items.
Reluctant to visit youe websute and/or attempt to purchase from you again

It was great to find the product I was…but
It was great to find the product I was looking for as it was being withdrawn from the market. However when I signed up I did not receive the discount that was offered on registration. I did send an email to the email address on your contact section of the website but to my disappointment no one responded.
