Awful Experience – Do Not Shop Here!

I wish I had read more reviews before ordering from Beauty Curve.

They use a .co.uk website despite not being based in the UK, which feels misleading.

Delivery took nearly 15 days.

The swimming costumes were very poor quality – badly made and far too short in the body.

They claim to have a returns policy, but when I tried to return the items, they refused to provide a return address. Instead, they started offering partial refunds: first 20%, then 30%, then 40%... I eventually got them up to 70%.

The partial return address I did get was in the USA, with postage costing around £23. I think I only got the 70% because I said I would rather pay the postal service money than them.

The whole process took many frustrating emails back and forth, and I felt pressured and coerced into not returning the items.

To their credit, they did respond to my emails quickly, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of honesty and the manipulative returns process.

I ordered 4 originally and only 2 turn up, the others were out of stock. They never told me this, but once the return started I did get a full refund for those. Lucky they were out of stock..

Avoid this place..

I wonder why I didn't read the reviews first!!
I ordered 2 tankinis which both arrived the day after we got back from holiday.
Meanwhile they sent me no less than TWENTY SEVEN emails to say the goods were on their way, but when I tried to track the order, it said a Web error had occurred.
One tankini looks good, though a bit loose, and the other is quite thick and uncomfortable. Not sure if there's any point in trying to send it back 🤔 so much hassle.
Won't be using this company again!

Keep on sending me emails could be 5 at a time telling me our goods are on there way but nothing arrives. Don’t ever deal with this so called company they are scammers

Ordered 2 items; waited 4 weeks for 1 to turn up despite chasing. The quality is poor, the fit is bad and it’s basically see through at the back. The second item never arrived and I have requested a refund but await the outcome of this. These items were not the cheapest - you’re paying standard high street (M&S/next) prices but the quality is far far lower and the service is shocking.

The company can improve by having a line of communication and by fulfilling orders.
Looking at the reviews I realise that there should be some management that is dealing with the bad press they are receiving.

Do not buy from this site. Scammers. Same story as everyone else. Not able to return unwanted items.

Do not use this website. They make out they are UK based, they are not! Same problem as others with out of stock items and no notification. No free returns as not in UK. Website returns policy is vague. Only partial refunds offered for returns and you keep the item. Finally got them to refund a reasonable amount plus refund the out of stock items but told will take 5-15 days!!! This lot need reporting to Trading Standards.

Wish I had read the reviews like many others…if so I wouldn’t have purchased anything from these people. Waited 2 weeks for 5 items at £122 plus. Poor quality and nothing fitted. They were notified within 24hrs that I wanted to return the goods for a refund. Obstructive in their reply asking reasons I wanted to return all items so I told them . Then asked if I would consider gifting to a friend! Giving to charity! Accepting 40% refund and why don’t I get the swimsuits tailored to fit… what absolute rubbish. They would not give a return address and said it would cost me a lot as I had to return to America! Many other aspects to this complaint…I have since contacted my credit card company who are dealing with it. I have now received an email from Beautycurve giving me a return address in New Jersey! Credit card company have told me not to return anything at this point until my claim is dealt with. I would return to a UK address gladly and nowhere in their terms and conditions does it say I would incur expensive postal charge and need to return overseas! Please don’t buy from this website… in all the years I have bought clothing on-line I have never encountered a company with a poorer customer service. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE or you will inevitably end up like all the people on here!

Is there a way to give negative stars? This company is a complete scam. I was never told the item I ordered was out of stock.
I literally just went to the website and was able to add the same item and various sizes to a shopping cart.
After sending numerous emails and messages on FB, I was told to expect a refund in 5-15days, over 15days ago.
I was told the delay could be the accounts dept is to busy to deal with it.
I was told a refund went into my bank acct today. I'm still waiting.

I ordered 2 swimsuits on the 31st May. Communication is virtually non existent, then after a couple of weeks told one suit was unavailable. I paid £27.34 for this swimsuit, I was refunded £26.08. Why? I don't know. I was charged 6.99. Was told about a week ago it was being sent. I received it today, 23/6/25. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Please learn from my mistake and NEVER use this company.

update on my dealings with Beautycurve. In a nutshell:
1 you pay for returns which is fine but hat they don't tell you is that whilst it has a .Co.uk Webb address the company only accepts returns to USA! Even though it has a ' non delivery address within the UK in Salford!
2. They do not give FULL REFUND but try to negotiate partial refund & you keep the product &
3. I have lost over £25 because the max refund they offer is 60%. If I choose to return the swimsuits they now say I must send a photo of the 'panty sticker' before they will give me a return address! ( I do realise that some people may use goods prior to returning them however this company really do not want returns!)

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! .

I bought several items which took a long time to arrive - and then one was missing . They did not provide a returns address. They refunded me for the missing item but have not given me a returns address so I cannot return the items I do not want . They ignore the fact that under UK law you have 14 days to change your mind about an internet purchase without having to give a reason .

The items were “ market stall”
quality at best and the advertisements were not a true representation .

This was an expensive mistake for me - it will be M and S and other reputable companies only for me in future .

Beauty Curve should not be allowed to advertise on social media . Do not be tempted by the photos - you will be badly let down in every respect .

I will check on Trustpilot before buying anything else online and I would advise everyone to do do the same !

Scammers. Avoid! I wish I'd read all the reviews before handing them nearly 100 pounds. They had no intention of sending me any goods... They just want the money. Horrid people who do not care at all and just take your money. When they do eventually refund you they also deduct money so you don't get your full money back.

Zero if I could!! Ordered two swimsuits for my holiday. Waited two weeks to be told one wasn’t in stock and what did I want to do! I’m on my holiday now, minus their swimsuits (had to rush out on Friday to buy one) Still waiting for my refund despite sending four emails, and I am SO angry reading all these terrible reviews. How I wish I had read them before I ordered ☹️

I ordered a tankini, which was delivered whilst on holiday and left in plain sight,it was taken from doorstep after being left on door step.they are not interested in helping and I have know lost money 😡😡😡😡😡 don't buy if you don't want to lose money

I ordered a large size tankini swimsuit. No email acknowledgement of the order was received. Delivery was 6 days later. Size is too small but well made and looks identical to the pic on their website. Will only fit if I loose weight!

What a disgraceful Company this is.Please DO NOT buy anymore from this company.On packaging is a return address but they won’t accept.Say it is in Usa. But don’t tell you where offered me half price back said I could keep garment,but was was the point when it didn’t fit.

I ordered a short tankini swimsuit from this site before reading the reviews and I am glad I did. I was worried after reading the reviews but the tracking details were provided and the parcel arrived just over a week after ordering even with 2 bank holidays. It fits very well and is good quality. As I have no need to return anything I might have been lucky but just wanted to write an honest review based in my experience.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, ITS A SCAM!
The swimsuit I ordered was a cheap, poor stitching and didn't even have a label attached (inc. fire hazard).
After several emails complaining about it, I was told I could have 60% off, or I would have to pay £20 in returning the goods to the US (They just want you to give in and pay). You could tell the emails were computer generated as no one was answering my questions, and different senders.
I told them that I was not going to pay £20 and contacted my credit card company, who are taking it further!
They're advertising as a UK company but not meeting the UK standards. If they want to take me to court, please do so, as there is enough proof here showing and evidence of their shocking goods and service. I will be reporting the company to trade and standards too!
I will never again buy anything advertised on Facebook again

If I could rate a zero I would. Do not buy from these people. Their returns policy is a lie, they just try to negotiate with false names. Sizing awful.
