DO NOT BUY if you are looking to buy some swimsuits to try and return what dose not fit. Do not buy from this company. The website dose not say that a refund is not available but yet when you ask for it they say it cost more to return it to USA. so just keep the swim suit. Wish I looked at trustpilot before I ordered. Bad customer service too! DO NOT BUY!!!

This is a Review about No Return!
This Company is trading under a UK website BUT it is definitely based in the USA!
Once you receive your goods, YOU as the customer HAVE to pay for the returns & YOU don't get that back.
They started with giving me a 20% refund to 60% (which I have refused)!
They suggest I re sell the swim suits!!!
So, stay away from this Company! Scammers, fraudsters,
I will be telling all I can about this Company who work against The Consumer Rights Act 2015!!!

There is absolutely nothing great about this company please keep away from ordering from them nothing but a scam worst company I have ever ever dealt with should not be able to trade in the UK if you don't like the item no way you can return and offer a 20%refund which you don't get because they offer a discount when you order so out of my £45 order I got a £8.90 refund SO PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I purchased 2 swimming suits. Lead to believe this was from a UK company. Wanted to return items as they didn’t fit. I was told this was not possible and offered a partial refund. 6 months on and numerous emails I am still waiting for the refund. I am very disappointed and wouldn’t use again.

I ordered a swimming costume. The bank declined the payment. I answered security question then the bank said go ahead and make a purchase. I did only to find my money for the first order had been taken from my account as well. I tried to communicate my problem to beautycurve but just received an answer saying parcel was on its way without addressing my problem. Now second parcel has arrived, I asked for information how to return it and they replied offering me a 20% refund on the second parcel. How would I want two oc the same swimming costumes? I just want to send the parcel back and have a refund but no answer. I'm beginning to suspect something is not quite right about this company.

DONT Order from here took ages to arrive then they offered 20% off and told me to sell them on myself they are based in the USA and they said they would take out the cost of postage and packaging and I would be responsible for paying for them to be returned and they ended up offering 50%back this after numerous emails I tried to cancel the order as I ordered some 5 weeks prior so I had already been on holiday and was of no use I cannot stress enough do not use who as a professional company tells you to sell them on. One would presume that being called beautycurve.co.uk they were based here to even get this offer from them it has taken at least 10 emails

Item i bought was way too small, not usual sizing! When i tried to return for a refund they did not want item back. Lots of messages about 20% refund, up to 60% and keep my item that doesn't fit "give it to someone else!". First emailed on 25th May, still no refund on 13/6/24! Messages then blocked on messenger when i decided to accept a 60%refund! Shocking company, no customer service!

The same as everyone else, unable to return items. They offer a discount to keep the item. They even had the cheek to offer me a 20% voucher to use next time, absolutely no way I will use them again.
It appears to be a UK company which it clearly isn't
I said even if I do return it at my own cost they will have to deduct a shipping fee, even though I paid shipping in addition to the item

Wish I had read Trustpilot! Received tankini, far too big so wanting to return it. Do not reply to emails for a return code & address. Like everyone else thought I was dealing with a British company. What a numpty I am. DO NOT deal with this company. Now have the hassle trying to claim my money back.

Scam company. Please don’t order anything. Their website is all a lie. They do not let you return. They start a negotiation in bargaining with your money when you email back, it goes on and on. I will go through my credit card company and claim it back and also report them. How can they get away with pretending to be a UK company? The swimwear is a mix match of sizes and badly made. One star is too much for this review.

Do not buy from this company - they are crooks . They advertise incorrectly around their refund policy and lead you to believe that you can return items . They try every way possible to deter you by saying they will give you a discount and keep the goods . They then say you will have to pay for the shipping to get the goods and that it will cost more than the goods to get it back to US - even though it was posted somewhere in the midlands in UK .
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ! I have sent the emails to the relevant regulatory bodies along with checking they are paying the relevant fees to bring items into this country , also checking where these emails originate from .. very very corrupt company .

One star is too much. Like many lots of back of forth trying to return ill fitting goods (sizing all wrong) and being offered a ‘discount’ for keeping things because returning would cost more than the goods. They do not refund to ‘discount’ even if you keep asking. I will never buy from this company again. Their customer service is beyond awful.

I ordered a tankini and swim cargo shorts. They took so long to arrive I had almost written them off. However, when they did arrive the cargo shorts looked like very brief boy-shorts and totally unlike their photo. The tankini was so small I couldn’t even get it on even tho it was a size larger than needed. I have so far been offered 20% to not return them. Im getting the run around with confusing emails. I wish I had looked the company up first before ordering. I won’t make that mistake again,

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Quite happy to take your money with a smooth purchasing front end. HOWEVER, if you have to send anything back, good luck with that!

Their terms and conditions are not in line with UK trading as they blatantly lie about refunds. Out of pure persistence I pushed and pushed to get a refund for a pair of shorts. They did not send me the returns address but told me it was in the US even though they are registered as French!

I had emails from varying different girls names, probably the same person, and then they offered me 40% of the original price of the shorts!!!!

Long and short of this review is DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

If I could give no stars or minus stars I would. They are dreadful to deal with.

I wish I had had read the reviews on Trustpilot before I bought from this company. I purchased two tankinis at a cost of £51.98 but they didn't fit. As there was no paperwork with the parcel, there was no information on returning items. I contacted the company three times before they eventually gave me an address in USA to return the tankinis to and told me that I would be responsible for the shipping costs and that they would be deducting the cost of the shipment to me from my refund. I decided to accept their offer of a 60% refund as by the time I pay shipment to the USA and they deduct the cost of shipment to me, there won't be much left of my refund, if anything at all.

Reading all the reviews on this company, its the same pattern of appalling behavior I am experiencing, I purchased 2 swimming dresses, both were too small and one was actually very badly made the stitching was messy, basically it should not have passed any quality control measures.
I have been in a war of words with this company since I asked to return both the items, exchanging emails everyday, each time a response from a different person trying to offer me a percentage refund and telling me to give away the items to a friend!!!
They also say they will have to deduct a £3 per item handling fee too - a fee they never showed on the invoice when I purchased the products.
I have called the Citizen Advice Bureau and they have sent the report to the UK Trading Standards to investigate. I have also reported the payment through my Bank in case they might refund me.
It so frustrates me this company still continues to trade after ripping so many people off!

Ordered 2 tankinis for my daughter and myself. Very good quality, but the shorts were too revealing. Tried to return them, and they have refused to accept them. First offered 15%'compensation ', then 30%, now they are saying I might get 50%. Avoid at all costs, I've spent over £100 with them, and they are not fit for purpose.

After researching return policies etc I purchased 5 items from this business on the 5th March 2024. 1 of the items did not show up so they told me it was out of stock so I told them I did not want to wait so they refunded me for that. Then when I tried the other 4 items on they did not fit so I emailed them and they told me to measure myself properly and they will send me another size. I told them I could not wait as it takes too long so they told me I would have to pay shipping and the address would be in the USA even though the return address on the bag was a UK address. Then they told me they would give me 20% of my money back and Keep the goods. After going round and round they said they would give me 30% money back and a 20% off voucher for my next shop. I told them no I would not accept a voucher as I would not be shopping with them again. I also told them about being dishonest with their return policy and what it said. So they decided to give me 50% of my money back. I was so tired of going round and round that I agreed. So I got an email back sayin they had credited my refund back into my account and that was on the 27th March. So this evening I wrote to them again saying that I had not received my refund yet and I got an answer back stating if I didn’t receive it within the next 30 days get back to them. This is really bad business and I advise people if you don’t want to lose your money don’t buy from them.

Please do not order from this company. I ordered 3 designs in 2 sizes with the intention of keeping the best fit. On trying to return was told their return address was in the USA which would make the return postage at least £35 so they would offer 30% refund and I could then sell the surplus items. Contacted PayPal but no joy with buyers protection. Feel so cross as I can now see from the reviews they are continuing to trade.
