Had to give 1 star as there isn't option to give 0..AWFUL company!! I ordered 2 items and wanted to return 1, they keep ignoring my email for there return address so i can send back..i have sent them 3 emails stating I want to return without a reply and they now finally reply saying they don't accept returns after 15 days when the website and my order form says 30 days and because they delay email reply its now gone over those 15 days!! I will definitely not recommend this company to anyone and the swimwear is very poor quality and sizing is not correct.i threatened them with trading standards and they offered me a £4 refund!!!!! wish I reviewed company before ordering.

Need to return a bather which is no way the correct size , had no reply for a return label etc. wasted £33 on false pretences . Do not order from this site!

I bought 5 different swimsuits, wanted “full bottom coverage”. I wanted to try on different styles. Non fitted, all baggy and gaping at the leg, not full bottom coverage at all.
I had checked that they had a returns policy before I purchased, and it looked like a UK company.
Like everyone else before me, they will not honour their returns and refunds policy, and will only offer partial refund and offer for me to keep the costumes, which I don’t want. Emails to and fro are like a barter. Ongoing.

Avoid this website like the plague!
Long story short… ordered over £60 worth of stuff. Only wanted to keep one and tried to follow returns process from website but all a load of rubbish. They don’t take returns and offer a measly percentage back.
I fought them, quoted Trading Standards Act and stood firm. Four months later I received £50% refund and got to keep the items (which I hope I will sell)
This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with.

Refusal to supply a returns address for a faulty item. Offered me £5 back to keep it! Do not buy from this company

Do not order from these!! They say you have to email them for details of how to return items, yet you email and FB message them and 2 weeks later they still don't give details!!!

NO NO NO, Do not buy anything from this company, the quality of goods is absolutely terrible, I spent nearly £100 on several items all of which where rubbish, I am still waiting for refund 4 months later, & doesn’t look like that’s happening, I will report to trading standards

Please do not buy from this company.
They will not send me return details and are wasting my time so that when it's over 30 days they can refuse to accept the returns. Items don't fit but offered 10% then 20% all the way up to 50% for items that do not fit and I do not want.

Awful service, no returns available even though it states a 30 day returns policy. Company obviously not UK based as they state, as was told returns warehouse was in the US. Offered me 20% refund and told to keep costumes, then offered 30% and a discount voucher for my next purchase!! Next purchase, do they thinking I’m fu**ing stupid? I will make sure no-one I know ever buys from this poor excuse of a company. Have sent complaint to trading standard and I am now awaiting their response.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. This company are a joke. Impossible to return goods. Even to this day never given the return address. There is no customer service.
Only by raising a dispute via Paypal did I eventually get a refund. After many emails ( most of which are ignored).
Also Do not close your dispute until you have refund in your account. This scam company will tell you otherwise.
When you ask for your refund, stand your ground.
Best advise though DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING

Same experience as others. They refuse to honour their returns policy. So if an item doesn't fit - tough. No refund.

I wanted to return 3 swim suits. Was told that I had to write to their email address to get a "return authorization and return address giving my order number and reason for return". I have sent this information over and over again, but this company never responds. Essentially I have three items which are unreturnable because Beauty Curve will not respond to my email requests for return information and there is no contact number that I can call. I will never buy from this company again.

I would like to return 2 of the 4 items that I ordered but they have offered compensation to keep them which doesn't come close to the amount the 2 items cost. They have told me that I need to return them to the USA, I live in the UK and now they're telling me that delivery costs will be deducted from the refund amount! They have also stopped responding to my emails. Fuming!!

Wish I'd checked reviews before purchasing.
Trying to return three items as fit was awful, one item was not finished correctly and generally poor quality.
Initial response from company was an offer of £12 refund against a £50+ purchase which I refused since the subsequent emails have been ignored.
Will be reporting to trading standards.

Ordered on 08/05/23 and still nothing delivered on 25/05/23.
I contacted as was given the 'tracking' details which is basically a screen shot with zero info apart from a reference to Evri and 'unknown' status. You cannot copy and paste the tracking number which when I realised they'd sent me what looks to be a generic screenshot.
I paid via Paypal so I'm hoping to get my money back under their buyers protection scheme.
If you are daft enough to order from these cowboys, please use a credit card or Paypal - at least with a credit card you can claim cashback as you will definitely encounter an issue with this company.

I wish I had read the reviews. Ordered something I need for my holiday which is fast approaching now and no sign of it. They don’t respond to emails. They make it look like a UK company. Do not use on any account.

Two items eventually arrived o e fits the other is sized inaccurately

I wish i had seen the reviews. Great looking website and because it implied it was based in UK i irdered from them. I kept 2 items but want to return the costume but have not heard back from them yet. Now i think im not going to and only way of getting money back is to try and sell it

Absolutely dreadful customer service. Two swimsuits ordered in February, they were “lost” by the courier service but eventually returned to Beautycurve at the end of March. I agreed to a full refund minus their postage (after numerous email from myself) but then the swimsuits were sent to me! There was no return address and after numerous emails to Beautycurve asking how I returned them as they were unsuitable and requesting a full refund they have continually refused to do this. Firstly they said the swimsuits had to be returned to the USA but when I said this was unacceptable they offered me a refund of £9 and for me to keep the swimsuits (that do not fit) (the original cost was £50). Eventually I agreed to a payment of £28 and keep the swimsuits as the stress and anxiety of the situation is awful. I still have not received the refund - three months later! Awful service - would not suggest anyone buys from this company which is NOT based in the UK even though it is a .co.uk website
