I ordered underwired costume.The product arrived without underwire.The company refused to protect my consumer rights to exchange it or refund.They do not follow their own policy on returns.They refuse to engage with me.All details passed to Trading Standards.

Do not use this company I have been trying to get response to return the items as not good quality poor fit. The emails keep returning undelivered. They should have no stars

DESPITE REPEAT EMAILS NOT REPLYING TO ME NOW. THIS SHOULDN’T BE ALLOWED.

Don’t order from them they don’t offer refund.

TERRIBLE COMPANY STAY CLEAR
I ordered a product from here, truly wish I hadn’t. When the order arrived the quality was very poor. I tried to return the item, and after 5 emails to the company I have still not managed to obtain the details where I can return the item to. Their website states that you have to contact them re refunds and obtain details of where to send the product to along with authorisation from them to return the item. They then do not respond to you.
I would have rated this zero stars if I could.DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Wish I had read all the reviews, this company is not based in the uk, when I tried to return my item, they only responded after 4 emails, they state it is not worth sending it back, it will cost too much and offer £8 refund then 20% off next order. Its a scam. UPDATE. Today received an email with an offer of ,£4 refund.

This company is appalling, I sent for three items to try and attempted to send two back. An email arrived offering me £9 and Peggy from the company said to keep the items to save on the trouble of returning them! I don't want the items - I want my £47+ excl postage. Like others I wish I had read the reviews. This company is a scam they are a disgrace. One star is too much.

This company does not deserve even one star! I would STRONGLY recommend that you do not order from this website. This company does not enable you to return items or exchange items. They do not provide a return address and there is no phone number on their website. They state in their terms and conditions that you need to contact their customer service department by email to return items but they will never provide you with a returns address. The company have a co.uk web address but are operating from outside the UK. I have reported them to Trading Standards in the hope that this does not happen to anyone else. Please do not buy from this company. You will lose money.

It's a pity that they cannot respond to my email regarding a fault in the swimwear that I ordered because I am fairly pleased with the quality. The lack of a reply suggests that I will not be able to send any garments back, if they don't fit, so I won't be ordering from them again. Sorry

This a complete Scam. It's based in China...Don't order from these. The tracking sent doesn't work and isn't EVRI tracking. I luckily paid through PayPal and have received a full refund.
SCAM....avoid at all costs.

Very poor. Refunds/returns are a joke and misleading info on the site. I ordered 2 swim suits so I had a choice. The one I decided to keep was well made and nice fit. Problem starts when you request return information. Offered the “£4 refund and keep item” I did not want. Queried this and they upped it to £8, keep the item and 20% off next order. Of course I shall not be using the voucher as I will definitely not be ordering from here again. But did accept £8 refund as by then had read the reviews and wanted to get something of a refund. Afraid this is a really sorry way to run a business.

This is the worst online company I have ever used! They lie about tracking packages and they refuse to give refunds. I am in the middle of trying to get one. They are AWFUL!

Update: finally got a refund, three months after purchase. Never got the product.

What a shambolic company to deal with. They state on their website that returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery. The items didn't fit, so I contacted them to request return and full refund. Instead, they've tried robbing me off with an initial 'offer' of £4 compensation and to keep the items. I spent nearly £70 on the items, so the 'offer' was refused. The latest 'offer' has increased to £12 and they said that returns are processed in the US. Nothing if the sort is stated on their website. I'm fuming and standing my ground. Shocking business ethic deserves to be exposed on social media. I can't stand being ripped off!

They don't even deserve 1 star. Appalling company to deal with and their glossy website should be taken off the whole Web!! Swimming costumes arrived but not amazing quality or support which is what they advertise!! Wanted to return all 3 but was offered £15 to keep them, what a way to do business in this day and age!! I have asked for more money to keep them, subsequently been offered £23, am going to try and get more cos I know I will never ever get a full refund!!! A total waste of £75.

A week after ordering 3 swimsuits I read the awful reviews and was annoyed with myself for buying before reading the reviews. I wrote off the the £70 + pounds I spent and put it down to bad experience and not to order from anywhere again without checking reviews first.
I was kept informed with parcel tracking details.
When I received my parcel I was tempted to throw it straight in the bin without opening it but decided to open it to see how bad these swimsuits were and maybe keep one as a reminder not to buy rubbish on-line again!
Opened first swimsuit and held it up and was pleased to see it looked the right size as were the other two swimsuits- so far so good- then tried them on and was thrilled that they fitted perfectly. The fabric feels nice and has some stretch to it.
Happy with my purchases.

I wish I had read reviews first! Ridiculous fight to return goods that didn't suit me. This company appears to have no awareness of basic consumer rights!

I have taken out a dispute with paypal to have my refund, I wish I had read trustpilot before making my purchase. I agree with the other reviews on your site as I am having the same issues. I am due a refund 0f £46. excl postage or taxes and they have offered me £9.00. They are very slow to reply to my emails and I am still waiting on return info, This company should not be allowed to trade in this country as they are not obeying our consumer laws.

This is terrible do not ever use . I did and spent £75 on tankinis and they refused to refund on offered me £5. Dont be drawn in this is a scam website and should be reported to trading standards . Never will I use them again . Disgusting service

Tried to return a swimsuit which was unsuitable. The item material felt very cheap and despite costing me over £36 including postage they only offered me a £5 refund and to keep the item. After email ping-pong they upped their offer to £8. They clearly don't have a returns policy and despite the website being UK its clearly a Chinese company selling sub standard clothing.
Takes over 24 hours to get a reply too so alarm bells started ringing for me.
Wish I'd done more due diligence and read reviews first as I wouldn't have ordered.
BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS SCAM COMPANY WHO TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY THEN DON'T REFUND IF PRODUCT UNSUITABLE!!
