We hate when an item is sold that we can't find and this is something that we try to minimise but very occasionally it happens. We did offer an alternative purple eyeliner but you never got back to us.

Great independent online make-up shop
Generally, I found this website great for the non-mainstream, high-end make-up brands which are hard to find at all or in such variety on the mainstream UK market. I bought an eyeshadow pallete and eye primer for a great price (which was made into a bargain thanks to the *first-order* 10% discount). This isn't some suspicious "too good to be true" business, but a very decent independent online store with reasonable prices and bargains, and some hard to find make-up rarities.
Specifically to my order, I'm especially pleased because I was able to request a last minute change to my order (swap the eyeshadow pallete for another of the same brand) after I emailed their customer service. The person I emailed with that adjusted my order was super helpful and lovely, and sent me the adjusted invoice and bill straight away. I will admit their grammar prompted me to email back for clarification and confirmation for my own sake (as I was very excited for my purchase), but there were no issues with my order due to any miscommunication (and there were no issues in the first place anyway!). That would be the only constructive comment I could make, however, I do not want it to take anything away from their helpfulness, understanding, promptness and my overall customer satisfaction!

It came broken, but they replaced
It came broken. I did write Customer Service and I am awaiting a reply. If I hear back from them, I will change this or update it. Currently, it is unusable as if I try it will get everywhere.
UPDATE: I am very happy to advise that the kind people in customer service helped me through the claim process and have ordered a new one for me! I am very happy and would recommend them to anyone. Crossing fingers that the next one has a BIT more packing material!

From reading the reviews I was a bit apprehensive at first. Although the wrong product arrived and arrived quickly (hand wash instead of hand/body lotion), I wasn't surprised as I can't find this anywhere but the contact was straight forward and easy as was the refund.
