Things I ordered were out of stock & not communicated until after I ordered. E-Mail to say this was slow. When I asked what products they did have I got no response. They just cancelled my whole order and refunded me without trying to help replace out of order stock. Poor customer service all round and the website is not easy to use to order. Will not return here.

Untrustworthy seller
Got the wrong item having waited a week for it to arrive. Seller said they'd send me the right pallette and a return label. After 10 emails back and forth I still don't have the item and had to buy my niece something else. Worst service ever - its been a month since I gave them my money.

Great customer service
As it was a small purchase I hadn't read reviews before placing my order.
The package was despatched quickly and I got tracking updates.
There was a minor problem with the order, an item missing, and I was then surprised to read some negative reviews when I looked for contact details.
I contacted the seller and explained that I'd ordered 2 of an item but only received 1.
I got a quick response by email, an apology, and was given options for how to resolve. I opted to receive the item and it was sent promptly again.
Communication was fast and friendly and so despite the small issue is have no hesitation ordering from this site again.

Fuming....
I made my first order here from the Netherlands. I really wanted Pat Mcgrath products - they were sold out else where. They were perhaps twice or thrice the usual price on beauty goddess. I also would have to pay shipping and customs. Which I did.
Unfortunately, beauty goddess sent me a wrong product (a highlighter instead of the bridgerton blushes). Their mistake. Fine, it can happen.
But instead of helping me, they want me to return the highlighter myself (return costs + customs) and then they will sent the blush, which I will have to pay customs for AGAIN.
Ridiculous.
Can you imagine my anger?
I just want my blush which I paid triple the price for!
I'm having to pay in the hundreds for their mistake. Also, they are not replying to my messages on the chat on their website.
At this point, I don't know what to do.
