Absolutely disgraceful company
Absolutely disgraceful company. I ordered a lipstick over one week ago. To date I've not received. Tracking details are not fit for purpose. Ive tried calling for any updates but again no response. Ive sent 2 emails asking for an update. Again ignored. Next step im having to contact my bank. Please avoid. Truthfully its not worth the hassle.

We refunded this lipstick. As you can see from all our five star reviews you are in the minority for your negative response. We are sorry you feel so aggrieved, for not receiving your £10 lipstick. The tracking is a problem at the moment because there is a glitch in the system between Click and Drop and Shopify which is not updating the tracking and we have to do it manually.
All we can do is apologise you have feel so traumatized.
The majority of our customers are very happy with the service we provide and if you ever order again, we are sure you will have a better experience.
My order arrived today
My order arrived today, right on time with Royal Mail tracking.
I noted the expiry date of the product, which was far too short and emailed them to advise.
As it is a skincare product this was not really acceptable but after sending 2 photographs to confirm, Stella has arranged a refund for me and told me to keep the product.
Excellent service and would use again despite the issue.

Super fast shipping but I think the price should be lower the more you buy since these are really light in weight.

Inventory not accurate
After I had ordered a lipstick, you wrote days later to say it was out of stock. So why was it listed for sale?
You cost me money, because of the foreign exchange. AmEx does not refund the same. amount as they charged.

Love this brand but I ordered 2 pencils and I've started using one and the pencil itself was broken so it fell out hopefully more luck on the 2nd one x

Really great customer service/quick delivry
Really great customer service.
One of the item i ordered was out of stock and Beauty Goddess customer service warned me and asked if i was still interested.
Delivery was on time.
Product was in good conditions with good packaging to protect it.
I recommend!
