Beautiful Hairbrush
I saw someone using a hairbrush on YouTube last summer and I really, really wanted it. So, I took a screen shot of it and used Google to search for the image. I searched off and on for six months and finally found it on Beauty Goddess in January. I put in an order immediately and it arrived within a few days. It's even more beautiful than the YouTube video so I'm going to order a second one to keep in my work bag. I totally want to show it off. Thank you very much Beauty Goddess. You've got a very happy customer.

Update 6th March: I Emailed before I left this response, which is why you know I ‘won’t be buying again’ (deodorant rather than from you). Poor customer service and choice of response, no response to my email, no offer of a refund.

We are sorry your purchase wasn't up to standard. We have been an Every Man Jack seller for many years now, and this is the first complaint we have received against any of their products. Unfortunately Every Man Jack have now withdrawn from the UK market, so once our stock is gone we will not be able to deliver any EMJ products which is a shame as all our other customers love it!
We note that you won't be buying from us again, which is unfortunate as we like our customers to be happy with both our customer service and our products. If you had emailed in the first instance this may have been resolved before you took such drastic measures. We apologize that your deodorant wasn't as it should be and hope you find it elsewhere.
Your email would have got a reply if you hadn't left your review straight after your email! It takes up to 48 hours to respond to emails due to the sheer volume we receive. You never gave us an opportunity to respond or offer to put things right. Our customer services are praised for how good they are and for putting things right if there is a problem.

Item finally arrived after being delayed for a week.
Item purchased on 29/1 on a 48hr Royal Mail tracked service. Due to arrive 02/02. Tracking number wasn't registered with RM and I spoke to RM customer service and they assured me that it had no been received by them. I eventually received the item on 9th Feb exactly 48 hrs after informing seller that RM didn't have the item. Apart from that item was perfect for my wife.

I didn't receive my order which was…lost by Royal Mail. Customer Service excellent with Beauty Goddess
I didn't receive my order which was dispatched on Dec 1st, however totally not the fault of Beauty Goddess as the fault lies with Royal Mail who have not scanned the parcel since they received it. I received excellent customer service in relation to this especially from Stella who kindly issued a refund very quickly. Such a shame the mail strikes are having such a negative impact on Business's at their busiest time of year. I will purchase from them again once the postal system has gone back to some kind of normality. Just one suggestion, maybe give the customer an alternative delivery option to choose from. I am giving 4 stars because of the excellent customer service that I have received.
