Worst Service
Placed an order and am still yet to receive it, thought luckily I purchased the order protection. NOPE as nothing can be done as the tracking states it has been delivered which is wrong, contacted customer service and they were honestly no help and solved nothing!

Yes the bath foam was a substitute as Baylis no longer make any of the children’s range, apart from their Goodness range.
You are more than welcome to return it and if you let us know, we can send you a returns label.
This was never returned, so assumed the customer was happy.

Didn’t arrive on time even though I paid for express delivery. I also had that’s a substitute because they hadn’t got the items I purchased. Sorry but it spoilt my friends 50th.

We are very sorry that it arrived late, but we did send your order by Special Delivery before 1pm (£10.95), rather than the Express you paid for (one to two days delivery) to get these to you on time. We have spoken to Royal Mail and they are very sorry but they were on strike for 3 days, and nothing was delivered to anyone.

It’s the only place other than Italy…
It’s the only place other than Italy that I’ve found Pura Kosmetica products at this price and there aren’t many places that I can buy it (I’m in the U.K.) delivery does take a wee bit longer but I don’t mind that because the products are so good
