AVOID THIS COMPANY
Despite giving previous review advising how awful this company is, they keep requesting me to provide more reviews.
Delivery was reasonable, but the products purchased were not provided correctly. Despite pushing their delivery protection insurance no information about it or how to claim were provided.
One product was not sent to me, and something unwanted was sent in my package. All communication attempts failed, as only have a mobile number and no email. Sending online messages they provide and the calls have never received a response in 3 weeks so far.
Resorted to making a claim through my credit card and despite that still no contact from this company directly. AVOID THEM.

No Order
I placed my order weeks ago and haven't received my product!! Apparently its lost somewhere and I will recieve when they can find it.. Not really my fault its lost however so surely they could send out another lipstick??!! I won't order again.

Excellent buying experience for a delivery in France
I would like to thank all the BeautyGoddess team and especially Stella who helped me a lot by being very reactive and reassuring. Having received a palette of makeup unfortunately broken following the hazards of delivery to France, the Order convoy protection service quickly reshipped me another palette received intact.
I recommend and I am very happy with my purchase which arrived for both deliveries in less than a week.
Excellent customer service and very responsive.

Still haven’t received my order
Still haven’t received my order, have emailed, tried to chat via Facebook with no reply from either, phoned the number and no answer. £30 worth of lashes ordered and no lashes to show for it, trying to request a refund as purchased same lashes now from different company who delivered within 2 days. Not happy with this service at all.
