I had an amazing experience

Helpful and honest
I ordered two products, they emailed me to say one was out of stock, I didn’t see the email in time and they sent a replacement - the product they replaced it with is something I now use every day that I wouldn’t have normally chosen. They were really communicative and kind, and I spoke to them after they had sent the products and honestly I will always use them now because of this. Super helpful, honest, I’ve recommended them to friends.

Most products had no seal
Most products had no seal or were previously opened, disgusting. I spent £30 and refuse to use the majority of items.
Not gonna lie, they packed everything really well and made sure nothing would break.

My New Favourite Site!
I found this gem of a site a few weeks ago and ordered at the beginning of November for the first time. I had such a good experience I placed a second order not long after. The prices are incredible, I’ve had my eye on a £33 foundation which I managed to get for £5 thanks to the beauty outlet. Shipping is super fast, the products are wrapped beautifully and customer service is excellent. Nothing but good things to say about this company, they are truly great.

First time using Beauty Outlet
First time using Beauty Outlet. Every few weeks I trawl the internet searching for one of my staple products only to find I have to buy it from America at £30 a pop!! Imagine my delight when it popped up for £3.99 at Beauty Outlet! Also Elizabeth Arden liquid lipstick which is £18+ on the high st - an absolute steal on Beauty Outlet.
My order arrived within 2 days!! In 2 parts as I messed up my order but even so, an absolute bargain. Big thanks to Jo and Toni. Toni deserves an award for the packaging and neatness - I’ve never seen anything like it! I’ll definitely be back!! ❤️
