I am disappointed with my order. It was sent back because my unit number wasn’t listed. They told me that it would cost for re-delivery and no refund. I asked how much it would cost but no response. I tracked the package and was delivery to someone else on another continent! I think it’s important that companies try to work with consumer not just take their money. Buyer Beware…

Unfortunately parcel may be returned to us if address (especially international) is not full or incorrect. I believe this is what happened. The postage label generated automatically based on the address details entered by the customer at the time of purchasing.. So things like wrong address details are outside of our control. We are sorry you experienced delays with getting a replay from us, however it may happen sometimes due to shortage of staff cased by well known reason, despite we always aim to be as quick as possible. We can only apologise for this. Someone will get in touch with you once parcel will be returned to us to arrange a redelivery. Have a lovely day!

I had problem with their customer service but the owner called me and we resolved the issue. I will continue buying from them.
