Your store is an absolute rip off. I ordered 16 boxes of 12 ampoules each and got one box of 12 ampoules along with 4 more individual ampoules. I will dispute this with my bank. You shame yourself. You would have had a long term customer and I would have strongly recommended your store to many people. Now I must warn people about your dishonesty. I bless you in the name of The Lord.

It doesn't look we did anything wrong, and of course we would never do anything to "rip off" any of our lovely Clients! Our only aim is to supply the high quality products and services at the most affordable costs. We would be very please if you would send us an email or message so we could look into you concern and find a resolution to the misunderstanding that we believe has occurred. As we do not sell any of Matrigen PPC ampoules as a box of 16.. They sold solely as 10ml vials.. it is clearly mentioned in the Name of the product: MATRIGEN PPC Anti-cellulite Ampoule 10ml and same at the very beginning of the description of the products: 1vial x 10ml PPC is Polyene Phosphatidycholine, a phospholipid of soy lecithin. It is compound derived from soy that can help.... etc We also believe this would be hard to expect that 16 x 10ml vials of high quality product would cost just £7.00 in total. Your order conformation is also showing that you have purchased 16 x MATRIGEN PPC Anti-cellulite Ampoule 10ml, which 16 ampoules of 10ml / each..
