I purchased the Kensington King size cream velvet bed, I asked for the headboard to be 90” and for the Paris bed thicker sides to be added on to the order, this was confirmed over the phone and delivery was arranged for Tuesday 6/5/25, I waited until 1pm before I called them to see if I could get a time on delivery at this point I was told delivery had been arranged for Thursday 8/5/25, I explained this date was not possible as I wouldn’t be home, so delivery was arranged for Wednesday 7/5/25 between 9 & 12. I got a phone call at 10am on Wednesday 7/5/25 to tell me the headboard and side panels had not been ordered and they could deliver the whole bed on Thursday 8/5/25, I explained I now have no bed, so I was told they could deliver the divan base on Wednesday 7/5/25 and the rest on Thursday 8/5/25 which I agreed to, when the delivery arrived the gentleman was on his own delivering a king size bed and needed help to get the bed in the house. After the base was delivered I then received a phone call to say the rest of the bed couldn’t be delivered until Saturday 10/5/25 or Tuesday 13/5/25, as I wouldn’t be home again on the Saturday I have had to opt for the Tuesday 13/5/25 delivery. I then had to message again to confirm if my delivery would be arriving Tuesday 13/5/25 and was told delivery would be between 6 & 9 PM. Delivery finally came at 10.30pm which I feel is absolutely shocking and far too late for deliveries but he kept to his word regarding the delivering that day even though it was late at night and I desperately wanted the delivery completed. The bed didn’t come with instructions, however it was a simple slot together and tighten the screws. I then discovered because I had opted for the ottoman storage base the footboard would then be flush rather than raised above the mattress at the end of the bed, this wasn’t explained to me or written anywhere on the website, and I picked this style so you couldn’t see the mattress at the end of the bed which I still can see clearly. I’m sure if you can change the height of the headboard (which I did to 90cm) then you could add the height to the footboard too? they were apologetic and wavered £95 that I was supposed to pay for the added height and thicker bed sides which I appreciated, but it doesn’t make up for the fact I now have a bed I’m not completely happy with.

I recently purchased two Ottoman Beds from Bed Choice, and I couldn't be more pleased with my decision. Both beds are incredibly comfortable and of excellent quality. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic.
The customer service was outstanding. The staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Delivery was super quick, and the beds arrived in perfect condition, well-packaged and ready to be assembled.
Additionally, I purchased three mattresses after the beds were delivered, and I must say, each mattress is just as comfortable as the beds themselves.
A special shoutout to the two brothers who delivered the beds, they were professional, polite, and ensured everything went smoothly.
I highly recommend Bed Choice to anyone in the market for new beds or mattresses.

Spent a long time looking at websites, images and reviews when picking my bed. Came across bed choices. Ordered some fabric swatches. Those arrived quickly. After speaking to someone, who answered all my questions, went ahead with order. Have to say was a bit hesitant as worried if would be as per website. Received my bed promptly, helped carry bed to room upstairs which was so helpful given size of headboard and height. The bed is exactly as described and shown. Great quality build, solid ottoman and beautiful fabric for a fair price. Placed an order for 2nd bed soon after as was very happy with 1st bed. Contacted the company after placing order to see if they could deliver within 3 days as had family coming to stay. They sorted it and new bed arrived exactly when requested. Excellent service. Another fabulous bed. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a new bed. Thank you.

Bed is amazing quality, and delivery was extremely fast - can’t believe how much storage is under the divan ottoman base.
Bed Choices were able to customise my headboard height which was amazing.

Delivery was organised within the week, and the driver delivered and assembled the bed within half an hour - great service!

Very good customer service, kept me updated every step of the way. I bought an Ottoman side lift bed and the bed is amazing, very easy to assemble and great quality.

Easiest bed ever to put together! Literally took about 15 minutes! I was abit skeptical after reading the reviews but I’m happy with everything! I got the 70inch headboard and they phoned me to ask if it will fit or if I wanted it split in two. I was given a delivery day and slot shortly after and delivery was quick thank you! :)

After looking for a quality ottoman bedframe for sometime and realising how expensive they were I was starting to loose hope in finding one. My friend recommended bed choice on Facebook as she had got a good quality bedframe from there I gave it a look. I was a little unsure at first as I had never ordered a bedframe from online, however the online Facebook chat really helped me with my queries and explained everthing to me well with fast responses. My bed was delivered within a week of ordering and I was given the live tracker of the driver which was a great help. I was very pleased with my bedframe when it arrived as it was even better than I imagined and looked quality and was packaged very carefully to avoid damage. Would highly recommend for great quality bedframe for half the price of the ones in showrooms.

We purchased the Kensington bed and it’s perfect, it’s well made and looks amazing! Customer service was fantastic too, they took time to advise on colours and head board size, which helped us get exactly what we wanted. They also kept us updated of delivery. Would highly recommend!
