What a superb company!
What a superb company!
We purchased the Eve ottoman bed frame with 80” headboard in Florentine. We were amazed at the prices from Bed Choices and jumped straight in. From start to finish the process was seamless.
We ordered the bed on a Tuesday evening. Had a call from a lovely gentleman confirming the order the next day- as we had the largest headboard he wanted to make sure it would fit up the stairs. He advised to have the headboard made on two parts which we agreed. Very thankful for the recommendation as had it been a single piece, we definitely wouldn’t have got it upstairs. I had a phone call to arrange delivery on the Thursday and it was delivered at 9:30am on the Friday. Couldn’t believe it- from order to delivery it was only 3 days!
The guys were so lovely and helpful on delivery.
We didn’t arrange for them to put the bed together, but when we started to attach the headboard, we weren’t sure what some of the pieces were for. A quick Facebook message later which was replied to within minutes on a Friday evening, we were instructed exactly how to build it and we had it completely very quickly.
The bed itself is wonderful quality- much more sturdy than we had expected. Solid craftsmanship, lovely soft material, the ottoman itself is really strong. We expected a flimsy base but it was the complete opposite.
We really are so happy with our purchase. Our quality of sleep has improved just by have a new sturdy bed base as our previous was an old one which had bowed in places.
I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Bed Choices again and have already recommended them to friends and family.

Couldn’t recommend this company enough
Couldn’t recommend this company enough! Prices are amazing and the beds are on another level, the quality is just unreal, you would have thought I’d paid over £1k for the bed! Everything was as described.. delivered when they said they would, had no issues… and if there is, they are only a text away and reply quickly!

Sales process from order to delivery was excellent
The whole sales process from order to delivery was excellent. Price and quality were good, and we are very pleased with the King size Ottoman bed we purchased.
The company was prompt when replying to our emails and gave me comfort that they had logged my alternative delivery address that was different to the order details.
The delivery time was very good (the delivery was within 1 week of order). They kept us up to date with dates and times plus, the delivery driver was very helpful.

So easy and simple!
From start to finish the process was so simple and smooth!
I came across Bed Choice Limited online and was very vary before ordering online however I was well communicated, given advise on what style/material & colour to choose! They even sent me out samples which personally they went above and beyond. All the way to the delivery I was kept informed and the bed was assembled by friendly 2 lads! Thanks again will definitely be recommending Bed Choice to all my friends and family.
