Very easy to order
Very easy to order. The bed is good quality very heavy. Easy to put together taking about an hour or so . Needed 2 people to attach the slatted base frame.
The bed is quite low when complete . We have raised it by 3 inches but this is due to preference only. The headboard is lovely material and colour.
Delivery men very friendly and respectful.

Excellent delivery person
The original date of delivery was cancelled without notifying us, however the new date went ahead as scheduled. The delivery person was on their own and the package was heavy (I thought it was scheduled as a two person delivery), but they were extremely helpful and delivered to exactly where we wanted it. Can't praise him enough!

Took unpaid leave on the scheduled day for delivery. Two days before the delivery was postponed. Took another day unpaid leave. Delivery was notified to be "within the next 30 minutes" when I was taking disabled daughter to school, and very next minute driver calls to say he is at my house so I have to turn back with daughter in daughter in wheelchair until delivery taken.
This is very poor delivery scheduling and costs customer time off work.
If it was the other way around they charge £40 for a re delivery if you are not there.
Not at all happy with this treatment.

Top Notch Experience!
All in, the buying experience has been top notch. Bedroom furniture ordered on-line, delivery time & date was as stated. The driver kindly took our delivery into the garage as I am disabled & couldn't do it myself. Everything was a great price compared to other retailers. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Bed Kings.

Steer Clear
As reported by other reviewers, we ordered a chest of drawers from Bed kings - there was a lead time on the delivery which was to be expected but received a message after a six week wait to say the business had ceased trading and to contact my card provider to get my money back. Just looked on the website and the business seems to be very much trading and I can order the same drawers. I recommend steering well clear of this dodgy set-up.

BEWARE same company that just ceased trading and kept my money!
Placed an order over a month ago, long lead time was expected. Rang about 4 weeks later was told it was expected the following week. The company then emailed and said they had ceased trading. No refund lost nearly £800. Phoned today and someone answered. But they told me they had taken over the business but not interested in helping out past customers. They are just the same people starting again and writing off any money they owe customers who placed orders in good faith.

Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!
I had an awful experience with this company and feel completely scammed. The product quality was poor. Trying to return it was a complete nightmare. The return process was disorganized, and dragged out for weeks with no clear instructions or support.
I reached out for a refund and have been waiting over a month with no resolution. No one answered my emails, and after calling repeatedly for TWO WEEKS, I finally got through to someone who casually informed me that the company had been recently bought, the old Bed Kings went bankrupt, and they can’t help me with the refund from my original order.
There was zero communication about any of this. Completely unacceptable. I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid this company at all costs!

Seen other reviews stating they have gone bust which makes sense. I placed an order on 18/7/25 then randomly on 22/7/25 had an email saying they can't continue with the order and my order has been cancelled and not yet refunded. Ive called emailed even live chatted and no result. The opening times dont make a difference ive called everyday during opening hours and got an answer phone to say they are shut and to leave a message. I left several but my last message was that ive now had to raise a dispute with my bank. Within 10 minutes I get an email saying your refund was issued on 22/7/25 and to allow 10 working days for refund. Which by the way isn't what it states on there website. Id really not recommend at all. I should of looked at the reviews prior to ordering. Im now waiting for 374 pound to be refunded. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I place my order in mid June. I have emailed and no response back to any emails. I have phoned on numerous occasions, but only once, 10th July, has the phone call been answered. the chap was lovely to deal with. i have emailed back the required delivery details, but am still no further ahead with my order. when you phone now it says the office is closed, but the web does not have them being on holiday. You are give the option to leave a message, which I have done twice, but still no calls returned. Mean time, I've paid for goods and still not received anything

Terrible Service, No Delivery, No Response
I ordered a chest of drawers from Bed Kings on 22nd June – it’s now 17th July and it still hasn’t arrived.
I’ve messaged and called them multiple times. The only time I managed to get through, they admitted the item had been lost somewhere and said a replacement would arrive last Monday. It didn’t. Since then, I’ve tried calling again during their listed opening hours, but their automated message just says the office is closed and prompts me to leave a voicemail – which I’ve done, multiple times, with no response.
Why is their office closed on a Thursday at 10:30am? And why are they ignoring the messages I’ve left both via phone and their online chat?
This has been a deeply frustrating experience with awful customer service. I now just want a refund, as it’s clear the chest of drawers isn’t going to arrive.
I would absolutely not recommend Bed Kings to anyone.

Extremely Poor Service – I Would Not Recommend Bed Kings to Anyone
I’m extremely disappointed with the way Bed Kings handled my order and the complete lack of customer service throughout. I contacted them multiple times over four emails, three live chats, and at least four phone calls. Not once did anyone follow through on their promise to get back to me.
Despite making it clear that the item was needed for an event and timing was critical, they cancelled the order on the very day it was meant to be delivered after waiting for 2 weeks. No proper explanation, no real apology, just silence and poor communication saying that supplier has discontinued the product.
Customer support was consistently unhelpful and unresponsive, even after repeated attempts to chase a simple update.
I will not be using Bed Kings again and would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering. Poor service, poor communication, and no regard for the customer once the payment is made.
