Just want it to thank Bedrock’s for there excellent job taking care of my debit. Only improvement will help if they work on there customer communication issues. Example ; if I don’t call about my program every month no one will call me unless there is a settlement going. Last 6 month before the program ends no one call To remind me what bedrock working on the settlement.

i had a total debt of $37,489 and it was building up faster. my minimum monthly payment was $890 and i started to fall behind. after i talked with bedrock legal i stopped making any more payment and just made $577 to bedrock legal. they took care of all 6 creditors and i was finally relived.

Kevin,whom I spoke with and who took over 30 minutes with me to get everything resolved, was wonderful. He is an asset to your company and should be recognized for his work ethic. Kevin was the third person I spoke with on 3 different occasions to resolve an issue which was not resolved on the previous 2 occasions. I initially requested to change the date of my RAM draft by email but the request was not received in enough time to put my request through and an overdraft occurred. No one from Bedrock called me to let me know the request could not be processed and it was received in enough time for someone to contact me by phone, but they never did. I called a second time to make a payment through RAM and the request was recorded but when the date came to process my request through RAM, I saw the draft was not made. I contacted Bedrock a third time and that is when Kevin helped me. My RAM account had been frozen because of the previous overdraft and the freeze was not overridden when I called the 2nd time. Kevin unfroze the account and scheduled the payment but it was found that the draft would not be made in enough time for Bedrock to make a final payment on one of my settements. Kevin was able to get a hold of the company and have me directly make the final payment on that settlement. I appreciate all the time he took with me to get this resolved. All of your employees should be like him. He is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to any company. He gets 5 stars, but Bedrock gets 4 stars because of how many tries it took to get this resolved.

There are a lot of complaints out there that I agree with. BL should be more blunt up front about how it all works and the hell you will go through the first 12-18 months. However, if you stick it out and ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE in your program it will work. Make sure all of your drafts happen on time and in full. You need to make calls and follow up and do it all over again. I would give one more star if the 2nd layer of contact, meaning the negotiators and legal, were quicker to respond. I'm not saying they aren't good, they have done well for me and I know they are busy but they are where the information you really need comes from so should be more accessible.

Got my financial life back! I am able to breath and the weight of the world has lifted off my shoulders. I am able to focus on making good financial decisions for myself now and in the future. Thanks to Bedrock Legal!!

I am being sued by BOA. Bedrock has done NOTHING to work on this debt. Original negotiation ended May 2019, no new negotiations have been made with them for 6 months. I am now being sued and their so-called litigation department does not have the courtesy to call me and let me know what is going on.

BIG MISTAKE GOING WITH BEDROCK. I could heave negotiated with my creditors on my own.

So far, all is going well with the program. We are almost complete with the process. To be honest, I would never be able to get out of debt without using this program. This program brought about a peace of mind to me and my wife, that we haven't been able have in years. With this program, we were able to focus on other priorities, while the program took care of our debts. I would definitely recommend this program to others.

This is the response I received from Bedrock Legal group following sending them a copy of my review and asking for help (below••): There has not been a resolution. There has not been a call back. There has not been anyting taken care of... This is what happens every single time that I contact them in writing or talking with Representatives on the phone. It goes in a big circle. Notice also there's not a phone number or an email address listed or a person's name... It's about as vague as it can get. I responded to this email asking them not to close out this situation because nothing has been resolved. It remains to be seen.

Representative appeared to be very personable and was able to answer all my questions

The representative I spoke to regarding my account was very knowledgeable as to what I was requesting. Now I am just waiting for an email with one of settlements.

The lady I talked to on the phone was very nice and answered all my questions.

It’s a great service but sometimes things need kicked up to supervisors to get the Job done. Hopefully this helps.Well it didn’t help now it’s been kicked up to a manager I’m just trying to find the total payment that I can send a check in for but it’s been over two weeks and I still can’t get that information

I need someone to call me ASAP please! I call and set on hold for 30 minutes and run out of time before I can talk to someone.
I called and did get to talk to a gentleman about a week ago and he assured me that me problems were being addressed and they would call me “shortly“ to give me an update. That was a week ago! A day or so after that call I had a RAM withdraw from my checking account for $89, I have never authorized a withdraw for $89!!! My program has been paid in full and there should be no withdrawals from my account without my approval!
So if you want a rating from me it surely is not very high at this point!
Please, please have someone contact me ASAP!

Young lady seemed to be of help.

I called to wrap up everything as I end my program. The representative (I didn't write down her name) was very organized and detail orientated. She explained everything and was very friendly. She made me feel like I mattered and was really there to help.
