If you want sleepless nights

If you want sleepless nights, fear that you'll be living on the streets then this is the program for you. I've been with them for almost 2 years and have had only my smallest debt being taken care of. I am now in the process of having my wages garnished and they are still not helping me. They never respond to the emails that I sent about my court hearings. I call and they say we will call you back and they never do. I wish I had read other reviews because now my credit is so bad I couldn't even get a 600 buck loan. I hope that things turn around and I get the help I need but I feel I need to start looking at other options. I don't know how I'm going to take care of my lil ones if my wages get garnished.

DONT work with this company

DONT work with this company. Filing bankruptcy would have been easier. They do not negotiate or communicate with us. We are now paying them and 18percent of wages being garnished from checks thanks to not working on our case. We have called constantly waiting half hr to be told we will email this person or that department every single time Now we cant pay our other Bill's because they only settled little loans not the 2 large ones which we are paying both sides now. I dont see how any of this can be legal. Appears to be a scam to us and our credit is in toilet. A lot of shuffling one person to next to get no answers or settlements solved. We regret getting involved with this company.

Have paid over 9000 to these people and the only feedback I get is when they want more money. I think a little communication would be a big improvement in this scary process. I have no idea where I stand on anything

Have had a terrible experience

Have had a terrible experience. No communication and do not provide legal representation as they claim. I would not recommend. Been in the program almost 2 years -- and have been sued twice - they have settled nothing...and didn't even show up to court on my behalf as they promised. Told me the day before that I would have to go by myself. Not what I signed up for.

UPDATE -- tried emailing and was told my concern was sent to the complaint department. Never heard back. Have been calling for 2 days trying to get in touch, frustrated that after being on hold for 30+ minutes, no one answers.

Worst company I have ever dealt with

Worst company I have ever dealt with! Beware! They have An F rating with the Better Business Bureau and they take their fees upfront. I was with the program for 16 months. They have taken over 16000.00 and only settled 1 debt! I was being sued by Synchrony bank for 5,000 and they said I did not have enough to even negotiate with them. I received another Summons and they refused to even respond to my emails regarding it. Only got automatic responses.I tried contacting many times. I am canceling and feel robbed by these people!!

Been in the program almost 2 years

Been in the program almost 2 years. Been sued twice. Zero communication, call and stay on hold forever. Email, fax no response. Sent the summons 3 weeks ago, called a week later was told they're working on it I would have an answer in a week. Called today I was told my court date is in 3 days and I would have to go myself and ask for a delay. What exactly am I paying for????

Not getting any help or response with summons

I sent documentation for a summons from one of my creditors over a month ago and followed up 4 times about it. Each time I was told to give them 7-10 days to review it and no attorney has been assigned. The court date I’d Feb. 11. Well guess what, I still haven’t heard a thing and it’s now Friday Feb. 8th What am I supposed to do??? When I called last Tuesday I was told I was going to be sent a letter of good standing and that I was in a debt program that I could file with the court. I still haven’t received that. So come Monday, I’m basically Fu**%d! And with no help from Bedrock who I pay $620/mo for for the last year and a half. So why haven’t they assigned an attorney? I thought I had one assigned when I signed up for the program!! What am I supposed to do on Monday?

Communication terrible!!

Avoid at ALL costs. Been in the program since March 2017. The fees they take are insane. In fairness I agreed to them when I signed the contract. 2 years in and I'm finally almost done with the big fees. They definitely got their money from me and my wife. We signed up 7 accounts for almost $36,000 in credit card debt. 2 years in and they have settlement agreements with only 3 accounts. Of course they are the accounts with the smallest amounts. We told them from the beginning Bank of America was very aggressive . Well here we are and both Bank of America accounts sued us and won. Found out today I'm getting my wages garnished for $900 a month. How can I afford my RAM payment now? I would call but I only ever get a run around from these con artists. THANKS for nothing. 3 of 7 accounts dealt with. Credit ruined for 7 years. AND my wife's and my wages garnished!

I'm having the most difficult time…

I'm having the most difficult time getting into contact with someone at Bedrock. I've been served by one of my creditors, and a response is due in 2 days. I sent all paperwork to Bedrock, and was told they would be in touch in 7-10 business days. That was 3 weeks ago. Every time I call, I'm on hold for 25+ minutes, which is not conducive to my work day. I desperately need instructions on how to proceed, and I can't seem to reach anyone.

Shawnee-CS God Send for me.

This review and rating above is strictly and only for Shawnee in Customer Service. After months of little to no help, sleepless nights, worries, stress and lawsuit not handled, I finally was blessed with Shawnee. She listened to me cry, explain everything I have been through since November and the lackadaisical attitudes of employees, she has stepped up, followed up, calls me daily...basically communicating which has not been there until now. She assured me she would not let me down and fall between the cracks again. When my current issue happened, she aligned me with a debt negotiator who did a great job in diffusing the situation with the creditor. What a blessing she has been and continues to be. What she promised to do, she has done. Thank you Shawnee for all your hard work, support, ear, comfort and continued handling of my account.

I have received summon from one of the…

I have received summon from one of the credit card and forward it to Bedrock. It has been one week since I received the summon. I keep calling bedrock everyday and getting different response each day. One day they are saying we have forwarded your document to litigation department. One day saying "it will take 7 to 10 business days". One day," we do not have your summon documents yet. I do not know what is going on. Moreover I am ready to add more money to the regular draft too. I do not know how to reach them. If someone from negotiating department contact me I would really appreciate it.

Bedrock is lacking in the area of…Communications

Bedrock is lacking in the area of communication. I have to call them to get updates on my paid off debts. I feel an e-mail letting me know which debt has been relieved should be in order. Also, I find getting information on ongoing negotiations is almost impossible to achieve.

In the long run

In the long run, this was a good idea for my situation and was part of my financial recovery. The hard part is starting this out but Bedrock was very responsive and address any concerns I had to get this started. Everything else since has been exactly as they said and I have planned.

We recently were called back and had to…

We recently were called back and had to redo a settlement due to a clerical error made by our representative . It’s costing us another 3000.00. When we first settled the litigation we specifically
Asked if he was sure we were done with the case only to get a call last week that we have to pay more.
Your service is wonderful and we feel we’re being taken care of, but there should be a system in place to make sure columns are added up correctly. He did apologize but surprises like this are a bit shocking.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After 18 months, with NO creditor accounts settled, I have spent approximately $15,000 for NOTHING. They were negligent in all aspects, I was even summoned to court for a debt resolution and THEY FAILED TO SHOW UP!!!! So a judgment was automatically awarded against me. Now they refuse to refund any money. This company is a SCAM!!!

I’m very concerned the fact I was never…

I’m very concerned the fact I was never told I could actually have court proceedings against me on my accounts turned over to Bedrock. I’ve had papers served on me once and so fearful of several more. I’ve never been sued in 67 years. I’m actually scared now.
