Although we had to wait a few months for our furniture to come in, we were so happy when it finally did. Ordered a bedroom suite online November 2022. Said it was in-stock. It’s May 30th 2023 now and I’ve received nothing but runaround. Read the reviews here! Do they look fake to you?? All glowing and happy… yea, right. Who wrote these? Mr. Rogers?? They are clearly fake - well. except the ones from other extremely dissatisfied customers like myself. Avoid like the plague.

I purchased a Pulaski curio cabinet in a chocolate-cherry finish as advertised on the website. However, the item I received was a much lighter cherry-colored wood finish than advertised. I contacted customer service and dealt with Mervin, who provided exceptional customer service in helping me to resolve my issue. Mervin was polite and professional throughout the process. He followed up to provide me with status updates and was always quick to respond to my inquiries. My issue was resolved to my satisfaction and I highly recommend using Bedroomfurniturediscounts.com.

I ordered a set of furniture and a week later I got an email saying I had to find a business in my area with a loading dock to get it shipped and pick it up myself. I live in one of the biggest cities in one of the biggest states and they said, out of nowhere, that they don’t service my area any longer. So much for “free white glove delivery” and “shipped to all 48 contiguous states.” Garbage company trying to make the customer do their work because they messed up and don’t want to pay for delivery as they say they will. AVOID.

I am overwhelmed (and extremely thankful) that Greg noticed that I had "missed" buying a part of a desk - (the description was weird) and that he took the initiative to text me and then follow up with a phone call to be sure that I bought and received what I thought I was getting!!! He wrote up the order, then and there, took my cc and miracle!!! All was done politely, efficiently and he "saved" me the hassle, aggravation and stress of not having placed a "complete order".
