My experience with Sean was GREAT! He walked me through the whole ordering process and even helped me with acquiring the co credit card!! The next time I need more furniture I will be calling him again for his knowledge and experience!!

I was so amazed with the customer service representative Sydney, Dining Rooms Outlet online. I had gone through several sites and could not order this product because the customer service reps were not knowledgeable and not friendly. All my questions and concerns were answered with Sydney and he made me feel like the product I was buying online was worth my time and money. He was very knowledgeable. and assisted me to the end. Great customer service rep. he sold the product!

You have a great team I started my process with Samantha and had to finish with up with jack this made me feel extra good because I can tell they worked together to ensure I got my order in before the sale ended.
