In my opinion Mr. Factor epitomizes EXCELLENT customer service. I worked with Mr. Factor after having a cocktail table delivered with a damaged top. He was always extremely polite, professional and quick to respond to whatever issues I had.

Even though it took several months to resolve the issue (FlexSteel repeatedly sent the wrong tabletop or a damaged tabletop) I never felt that I was forgotten or lost in the shuffle. Mervin contacted me with regular updates, and I felt very well cared for.

Mr. Mervin Factor is the ONLY reason I would buy from DiscountLivingRooms.com again. I know that if I ever had another problem with any purchase, he would be there to resolve the issue and I know he would have my back. He truly was my advocate and did his job exceptionally well.

Mr. Mervin Factor should give lessons to all other customer/resolution managers. He epitomizes excellence in the work place.

Totally satisfied. The Leather Italia USA living room set is beautiful and very well constructed. It was packaged extremely well and delivery was flawless. I got to tell ya, I was skeptical of the price and process since I recently had a bad experience with another online furniture company. But discountlivingrooms.com by Emma Mason restored my faith. It started with Ariana – my Sales / Chat Rep. She was exceptional, answered every single one of my questions. She went over everything in great detail, and was “spot-on” with her assurances. It was a pleasure dealing with her. After the initial sale I was contacted by Alvin – the order manager. Alvin stayed in continued contact with me through-out the entire order and delivery process - every step of the way. I knew exactly what was going on with my order and when to expect it, thanks to Alvin. This company does customer service right. I even heard from Ariana again on the day of delivery. Oh, I don’t want to forget to mention the delivery guys, they were awesome. They drove four and half hours to get to my home in central PA. They were personable, courteous and very professional.

I ordered a Flexsteel chair to be delivered to Ontario, Oregon. It was coming out of Kansas. Would take 4-6 weeks. I paid immediately with PayPal. I got an email saying their delivery partners don’t service my area. They wanted me to figure out where they could deliver to a dock so i could pick it up myself! They are great on the phone taking your order and money. Then follow up from delivery. Then you can’t get through to either delivery department or store number. Chat person was great just like the first time. She assured me my credit would be issued. Until I see the credit, I am not sure I am done with dealing with these people! IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD BEWARE!

I found a sofa in a store that was supposed to have to lowest prices in the country. Thought I would verify if their claim was true. I found DiscountLivingRooms.com online and they carried my sofa. I was amazed at the price difference. I saved almost 2k and that included taxes, delivery, setup and a 5 year warranty. The service was 5 star. The people I worked with were so helpful on the purchase and helped me save as much money as I could. The other company told me it would be a 10 month wait to get my sofa, but I got mine from DLR in less than 3 months. That was the biggest plus. They kept me up to date on the delivery date and I got earlier than expected. After delivery they were there to ensure my satisfaction and sent all of my warranty information. I would definitely buy from them again.

Sean took my furniture order over the phone and carefully explained the shipping lead time and the price. Almost no one in sales answers the phone anymore and actually talks to you about the product. Sean did! He was very well informed about the furniture and shipping detail and he took my order and confirmed it with an email in no time.

I totally understand the supply chain issues since I deal with the same type problems.
