Easy to pick up from warehouse. Easy to put together, although the instructions for the shelf should have been included as part of the instructions for the bed assembly as an optional attachment.

Everything was fine but the slates used for the bed are cheap and nasty will snap if kids stand on there bed

The personal touch by phone was a stand out. Prompt resolution for bed slats breakage with replacement slats posted. Can not speak more highly of the customer service.

Only negative was the poor construction instructions-OMG but we got there.

The best online ordering experience that I have had in a very long time. Glen offered exceptional customer service with updates and instant replies to any query that I had. We bought the bunk bed with trundle, it has storage in the steps, beautiful finish and the Grandkids all love it!

Ordering was slightly confusing, and was a little tricky to work out which items I wanted from the available options but overall it was generally easy to order our new bunk bed. Delivery was very quick and well organised so happy there. The bunk bed was made from solid quality materials and was reasonably easy to put together myself, instructions were very clear for the most part except for which side the ladder would attach to the lower bed so ended up needing to swap panels at the final stretch but it wasn't too difficult to sort out. I am quite happy with the overall product and service provided. My kids are happy with their new bunk bed so still 5 stars despite some minor difficulties!

Absolutely recommend. Both the product and the company. I ordered 11 December, and despite how busy a time of year it is, they got it delivered to me in under a week, even with me calling the next day and making a change to the order. Glen bent over backwards, he was fantastic. The bed does take a while to put together, but that’s expected with the stairs and all the parts (hint, the instructions and screws are in box 4 of 5). So very very happy with the product. I’m a girl mum so it’s perfect, boy mums may want to grab a couple of brackets from mitre 10 to reinforce. Yes there’s a slight smell, but all new furniture has a smell, a diffuser or candle with some bi-carb in bowl in the room gets rid of that in a day or so. All in all, awesome bed, awesome customer service.

Glen helped us with the order and delivery. He was amazing. Excellent customer service. He gave us a great deal and delivered our bed on time (we are local). We are happy with the quality of the bed. But definitely don’t feel the particle board is anywhere near as long lasting as what a timber bunk would be. However, we wanted the style - with the bookshelves, and our kids just love it. It’s near impossible to find a similar alternative that is solid wood. The metal support beams are great for more peace of mind of its sturdiness.
