Great product

Good quality beds. Delivery was easy to arrange. Very happy with our purchase. Beds took a while to assemble but was fairly straightforward

Fantastic product and service. Such a pleasure to deal with and my son loves his bed.

Nothing wrong with the product, however, after purchasing what I thought was assembly on delivery, as per the website, I was told in a curt message that I had not purchased this and if I had it would take any reputable company at least 3hrs to assemble and would charge $300-$400.
I went back to check the website and my receipt, where I could see where I had purchased it. On further review of the website, I saw in small font when you clicked on the assembly purchase it actually said we can contact a service for you???
I replied to the message explaining the website was not clear, to which I was told they had never had any one “complain” in the past.
I went back to the website to show others to see if it was just me and those I showed thought it was unclear also.
The following day I showed a colleague at work and the website had been changed overnight. It now said in some larger text by purchasing assembly service awesome beds 4 kids would facilitate a call and quote for $20 and then you would get a discount of $30 on the assembly job.
I also went back to check my receipt which had been updated with the new details???
Overall ok experience, and found it interesting that if they had not had any issues previously they found it necessary to update their website overnight.

There was a mix up in the order and Greg fixed it immediately within 24hrs turnaround, very happy with the product and the customer service

Low price, excellent customer service with the owner of the business who delivered the low lying bunk. He was up for a chat and was such a nice decent fella. I would recommend a local small company such as them

He was so helpful- did everything that was asked. He delivered the bed personally, carrying the heavy boxes inside and was a truly lovely person. My grandson absolutely loves the bed and I would unreservedly recommend this company.

The instruction on shelf assembly isn’t clear.
Really difficult and in the end left the backs off. Not ideal. But they just don’t fit.

Our son loves his new bed, making transitioning to his ‘big boy’ bed much easier. Fantastic service and delivery, we had an issue with one of the wheels however upon contacting them it was quickly rectified and another sent out.

After placing an order from their website, I realised I was going to be away in the next few days, so I emailed them to arrange the suitable delivery time. They responded promptly and reassure me that they have let the delivery know about it. The bed was delivered the next day and my kids love it
