Online store is completely rip off.
I regret of buying online. Paid few hundreds pounds more.

My husband paid £2950 deposit towards a bed and headboard with a balance of £7000 to pay , we couldn’t afford to pay the balance due to personal circumstances and he battled for 4 years back and forth with this company who refused to give us back our deposit and after leaving it for almost a year my husband got in touch with them and they offered to refund £1350 of our £2950 of which is a joke especially after keeping our money for so many years I will not rest until we receive our full deposit amount we paid as we are the customer and we have lost out greatly and I will continue to complain to all relevant bodies until full payment is refunded back to us.
Extremely distressed and disappointed with this company beds are uzzz.

We have used before never been a problem ordered a mattress topper ( £200 ) promised 3 days delivery had to ask for my money back after 4 phone calls and a 20day wait not even an apology .

After visiting the Hypnos showroom and deciding on the bed we wanted, visited High Wycombe Beds Are Uzzz (at Hypnos recommendation) to place order. Showroom staff helpful and friendly and competitive price quoted for bed. Delivered quicker than expected by courteous delivery team. No hesitation in recommending Beds Are Uzzz

Ordered online. Cheapest website around for the items I wanted. Delivery was super quick! Delivery was going to be up to 2 weeks but my order arrived within 7 days. Simple and easy transaction.

We purchased a Tempur mattress on line at a very competitive price. The help when ordering was appreciated and the estimated delivery time was spot on. Delivery to us was at the time stated, so all in all, I would recommend Beds are Uzz.

Was a bit nervous putting a large order in but this company has been excellent, supplying 7 beds within a tight time frame, delivering and assembling on a specified date.

What an outstanding company! I went in wanting a Tempur mattress but knowing I couldn’t afford one, Steve listened to me and showed me similar products within my budget. He was so patient as I “faffed around”, answered all of my questions and also directed me to a storage divan bed for my son without trying to “up sell” me anything. I placed the order on a Sunday and it was delivered 9 days later. The delivery team were incredible, took care setting up the bed and removing packaging etc whilst being very friendly and professional.
In an era where customer service is being eroded this company stands out, absolutely exceptional in every way, thank you!

Ordered a Sleepsoul double mattress last Monday, on my bed by the Friday! Shout out to Carl!! Amazing customer service .. I was really impressed. He was very patient with my questions and kept me updated with the delivery date, as I was having my old mattress removed on the same day and didn't want to end up with no mattress at all. Mattress itself was really competitively priced. Overall very happy 😊 thanks Carl!

Spoke with David at the Bournemouth branch. I told him of my woes with another local company in Christchurch whom believe the sun shines out of their behind.
David took me on a short tour of the stock and guided me to a Sealy Spencer divan set. I told him about my arthritis and he said this bed was the one for me as unlike other beds it is designed to sit on the edge of. It felt a little on the soft side to the touch but to lay on full filled the dream. A delight to sleep on and expertly delivered by the team. I am a little biased towards the end of the process I truly believe a good delivery team is the icing on the cake as to give that polished feeling to a company. This company has it all a sales person that knows his stuff no bull just old school helpful and that starts the journey. Professional and polite delivery team.
I would recommend them to anyone who just wants the right product for them.

Amazing service from this company absolutely 1st class!
Spoke with Matt at the Bournemouth Branch discuses bed type I wanted having been severely let downs by Land of Beds who mis sold our 1st Millbrook bed, anyway ordered a new top of the range Millbrook mattress from beds are uzzz following in depth discussions with Matt. Sadly our first mattress arrived damaged but there was no quibble no hassle a replacement was ordered immediately and it arrived today, perfect! This mattress is absolutely fabulous so comfortable I received exactly what I wanted and ordered therefore I wouldn’t buy a bed or mattress from anyone else - there was no need to try it out in the store first because Matt listened he is so experienced knows his stuff and I got exactly what i ordered a first class quality product with exceptional customer service received - well done beds are uss 1 happy customer.

Fabulous service, amazing bed!
We recently purchased a mattress and divan from Enzo in Maidenhead. Very impressed with the sales process and price matching. When the divan was delivered there was an issue with the size of the bed and the staircases in our house. Enzo was incredibly helpful in arranging the manufacture of the same sized divan but in smaller parts. We are very appreciative of this and would highly recommend both the products and service offered by both Enzo and this company, thank you!!

I bought a Kaydian bed off them and asked them to the price match with another company, I thought their customer service was very helpful and courteous.

Superb service, bought 2 mattresses from this company, the price was excellent and so was the delivery, friendly staff in the Bournemouth branch we’re very helpful as we’re the 2 very happy delivery guys.
I’d definitely buy from them again.

I've recently moved to Southbourne and needed a new bed for the spare room. The guys in the shop were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I found a divan with drawers and a headboard for less than my own mattress!! I wish I had known about this shop before I ordered my ridiculously expensive mattress from the other online retailer! The bed looks and feels amazing, my guests never want to leave. Also delivery was included and they took it to the room unpacked it, put it together and cleared all the rubbish. Lead time was really good too - just under a fortnight. I cannot fault this shop - amazing service from start to finish. SHOP LOCAL!!

Got a new bed from Beds are Uzzz in Southbourne a few years ago and they were hugely helpful then so when we needed new pillows it was an obvious place to go back to. Salesman was very helpful and knew about the product - needless to say I now have new pillows that I am delighted with. Would definitely recommend.
