Bloody useless company

Bloody useless company. Order a bed frame and mattress. After 2 weeks, the frame was delivered, but still waiting for the mattress. You would think a company would have to goods available, use the same courier and deliver all items at the same time. But no! Expecting two deliveries by different couriers. When we phone, we get told it will delivered today before 6pm. WHAT A JOKE THIS COMPANY IS. But they've pissed off the wrong person this time.

Apologies you are unhappy with the way our stock is distributed from different warehouse locations, which resulted in a split delivery; as explained could occur in the Pre-Contractual Agreement at the time of purchase; and across our T&C's page. You ordered a bed frame and mattress on December 2nd and requested the delivery date for 13th December. You then requested that the mattress needed to be delivered by 6pm, otherwise you would cancel for a refund on the mattress. It is public knowledge that deliveries are chaotic during the run up to Xmas and lead times can over run. Unfortunately the 6pm deadline did not materialise, so we did refund you for the missing item. Apologies for the inconvenience caused and any confusion caused with the way we stock and dispatch goods.

didn't read the trust pilot reviews until after I ordered so was somewhat apprehensive when I discovered damage to my delivery. I needn't have worried - BedSOS got in touch quickly and sent a replacement part next day. Customer services sounded harried but they came through for me.

**STAY AWAY** This company need to stop advertising products that they can't deliver. They advertise products they don't have in stock and when you try to speak to them lie, over and over again. You will end up having to get a charge back through your card company. They need to be stopped. Please don't spend your money with thus unscrupulous company.

If you enjoy being insulted

If you relaxed about waiting eight days for delivery; if you enjoy waiting in all day for goods that don't arrive on the designated date; if you masochistically desire to wait in vain yet another day; if you trust a company that complains it has no control over its own courier; if you enjoy a tracking system that fails to track; if you expect your order to be delivered to a different address without your knowledge and on a date not agreed; if you don't mind being told this three days after the event; if you want to be accused of lying and theft because you deny having received said order (in emails incongruously beginning with Hi and your first name); if you trust a company that can't read its own courier's delivery note; if you trust a system that doesn't seek a signature from a supposed, or any, recipient of the delivery; if you trust a business content to accept as delivery, after cancellation, goods dumped outside a door and on a date of their choosing; if you like being patronised by staff insisting that your cancellation of the order after two wasted days was made in haste and so not serious; if you relish the struggle against a wall of denial that the supplier has any responsibility for ensuring supply is made to you; if you welcome being ordered to stay in another whole day so that the goods can be uplifted even though you have not received or collected them (item being too heavy to move from dump site); if you long to lose your money because patronising clots refuse refunds; if it excites you to read extensive and tedious abrogations of responsibility by clowns who profess the law to be on their side and make contractual claims not actually supported by the terms and conditions they quote (such gripping reading); if all this is what floats your boat then embark on an expensive ride with this ship of fools.
Quite honestly, in my experience this company is the worst for customer relations in many a year. Avoid like the plague, or wear full PPE.

Buyers beware

Buyers beware - this company takes no reasonability for any of there products and try and pass blame to there 3rd parties - Have had a bed 6 months with them and already had to request replacement parts as it is not fit for purpose, and when they do send spare parts they send them to the wrong address. they have no customer service skills and makes the customer feel powerless and takes no blame

Apologies you have had a bad experience. As you are aware, the issue with your purchase fell down to a manufacturers issue. The parts were sent out as expected under UK Consumer Laws. We have been in constant chat with you regarding the issue(s) you have raised. We have apologised multiple times. As far as we are aware the issues have been resolved via apologies and replacement parts, on a bed frame which was over 5 months old before it collapsed; this would suggest potential misuse/ neglect/ etc. However, the bed frame was repaired via replacement parts, with no arguments on how it became into its broken condition. How the manufacturer sends those parts/ their courier service is beyond our physical control; they were sent to the original delivery address on the order; despite us requesting them to go to your new address. Unfortunately, human error from staff not on the payroll of BedSos is beyond our physical control. Apologies you have these issues. Like any company, we would only take responsibility for issues within our control, we apologise that you are unhappy with the service you have received.

Missing mattress - no response

I ordered 2 mattresses and only was delivered - this is almost 4 weeks ago. Phoned 5 times, no one ever answers or replies to voicemails. Emailed several times. Terrible service and I am £250+ out of pocket with no mattress for guests over Xmas.

UPDATE- Just to add further to the response below - I first made contact on 18th December so a week before the Xmas shutdown so that is not an excuse. There were no out of office messages on voicemail or email responses - all said would be in touch in 48hours. I appreciate today is the first day back after Xmas but still not even received an acknowledgment.

UPDATE 2 - I don’t know how to respond other than to edit my review. Please arrange for delivery of the mattress as I still need it.

UPDATE: The website clearly states we were closed between 17th-4th. When we respond to emails, we respond from the oldest dated email first. This means, when a customer such as yourself repeatedly emails on the same thread over and over again; the email thread then becomes one of the newer emails outstanding in our Inbox. This results in it taking us longer to respond to the initial email sent, as the email keeps moving further up the inbox each time such customer persists to email us. Regarding there being no acknowledgment/ response to your numerous emails, as we are dealing with the matter through TrustPilot communication, we seen no need for us to email you the same information in a separate email - However, I am more than happy to do this? Your acknowledgment to the issue was raised first thing Tuesday morning via the Trust Pilot response. The issue is down to a courier issue, which is beyond our control, however we have been advised that the missing mattress should be with you tomorrow. We have instructed the courier to ensure the missing item is delivered urgently. Alternatively we are more than happy to recall the missing mattress and refund the funds for the missing mattress, if you would prefer? Please advise which action you would prefer? I look forward to hearing back from you with regards to if you require a refund/ delivery of the missing mattress.

Ottoman bed support beam snapped after a month of purchase

We ordered ottoman bed and the support bean was too fragile and broke after 1 month of usage. They have replaced it for us, and the new one has snapped again after 2 months. We had an ikea bed that lasted for more than 8 years, and we only wanted to change the room furniture as a refresh. I regret selling our ikea's bed before receiving this one :(

We keep calling Bed sos and they never answer the phone.

Don’t waste your time

Bed was not delivered in the correct time frame and when it did the box was damaged the the wooden frame also

Excellent!

Great quality, easy to order and super fast delivery. Had to get a bed and mattress from here having been let down repeatedly by IKEA (don't ask!!)
Website easy to navigate and they DID turn up next day as promised.
Excellent quality, a bit more money but well worth it.
So glad I ended up having to use BedSOS

Highly recommend!

Purchased: Emporia 6ft Super King Size Monaco Oak Ottoman Storage Bed

I was cautious shopping here due to some of the negative reviews. I read the positives too and decided to order. I called their customer service line, the lady I spoke to was very helpful, double checked the stock and reassured me that the delivery window is accurate and it was! Arrived exactly a week later, the delivery men were also very helpful and carried all 5 boxes upstairs (super heavy). Ensure to check your text messages as all delivery communication is done via text. Not to mention the bed itself is stunning, great quality and fairly priced! Highly recommend BedSOS

There is more and still no refund, run out of space!!! Never use this incompetent company

02/09/21 - Apologies, but as we do not have access to see funds in the customers Amazon account; then how can we possibly know that the refund had not hit the account? We were unaware of any issues until you had pointed them out, which resulted in us speaking directly to the Amazon account manager; where it was clarified there was an issue with the portal. I can confirm that the bank transfer is being made today to Sian; and she is aware that the funds will take 3-5 working days. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. We appreciate this matter has been frustrating, however you seem to overlook the fact that a refund was offered months ago; and the Suez Canal and Covid pandemic which has put strain on the UK economy. We are not prepared to argue or rise to your tone any further. The order was placed via Sian, not yourself, therefore realistically we should only be dealing with Sian regarding the matter. However, we have responded to you repeatedly regarding the order.

24/08/21 - Apologies for any confusion, the refund can take 3-5 working days and was issued on 20th August. Therefore it should be with you within the next day or so. Alternatively, if you send your account/ sort code/ name on account I will advise the Managing Director to refund the payment direct into your account (however this can take 2-4 days to clear); alternatively we can process a refund to a PayPal account, which should show immediately. Please advise which action best suits?

Company is ridiculous! Do not use!!

Company is ridiculous!! I ordered a bunk bed 1/4/21 told would be 21 working days. Waited... Had to chase them for info on delivery, only to be told bed was damaged in transit and also out of stock had to wait for 7/5/21 to be back in stock and then another 7-10 working day for delivery. Against better judgement agreed to wait had to chase them every step of the way. Bed couldn't be delivered any earlier because apparently the courier could only deliver when in my area. Bed was supposed to be delivered yesterday 19/5/21 but driver ran out of time on his docket so it couldn't be delivered. But didn't have the courtesy to call to explain!! So called bed sos back this morning only to be told the could only ask the courier if they could rebook the bed for urgent delivery, but it would have to be when they are next in my area. Needless to say I told them to stick it and now waiting for refund. 😡

NOT HAPPY!

Seriously this company is ridiculous!

I cannot believe the way I have been treated. They told me twice that my bed was arriving after almost 7 weeks of waiting. I took the day off work on a Thursday as I was told it was being delivered, I didn't leave house all day and NO bed arrived. I was then told it would arrive a week later on the Saturday and again I waited in all day and NO bed has arrived. When all of this was happening conveniently their systems were down and they were also off on a Monday. They didn't give me any assurance at all throughout the process.

I was told I would get compensated for all of these issue and no one has been replying to the numerous of emails that I have been sending and no one is answering the phone.

This whole process has been terrible!!!

I would really appreciate someone calling me or emailing me back about the compensation.

Really poor customer service

Really poor customer service . Told on may 12th would be contacted by courier that day to arrange delivery. Told again on may 13th I would be contacted within the hour to arrange delivery. Told on may 14th I would be contacted within 15 minutes by a courier . Now may 18th still no contact from anyone and now unable to get BedSos on email, social media or on phone . Frustrated and unhappy

I have been trying to contact for days

I have been trying to contact for days. Cannot get through on telephone. Left a mg, sent an email. I have no idea of a delivery date, could be one week, could be three. I work full time and need to make arrangements to be there. I also need to know when I should take down my current bed.
Love the price but this is stressing me out.

Thank you for your response. I also managed to get through on the phone this morning. Would definitely help just to pop something on the order confirmation email that a courier will give you a ring to arrange a delivery day within X amount of time. But pleased as punch now i know. Looking forward to my lovely new bed 👍

This company is a sham!

This company is a sham!! Buyers beware they have had our money since March 30 th for a bed frame which has never arrived! They are putting up false despatched details saying that the bed is waiting to be picked up by courier when it has quite clearly never been produced or despatched! They then say they will offer you a full refund when they know the goods have been returned to wherever they where meant to have been despatched from! It’s an absolute joke and they should not be allowed to trade under these lies and non communication after saying they will refund you for non delivery! I’m currently going through PayPal at moment and going to ask them to review trust pilot reviews and all other complaints and issues on whether they should be allowed to work with/via PayPal as not looking good that they allow them to still be taking peoples cash with no intention of fulfilling order!

We are currently waiting on our suppliers warehouse to confirm the goods are definitely en-route back to them before we issue your refund. This is how the process works. This ensure that the customer does not take receipt of unsolicited goods. As soon as the supplier comes back to confirm the goods are en-route back to their warehouse, the refund will be issued and the PayPal case will be closed.
