Ordered a bed 4 months ago… not replying to me
I ordered a new bed on the 31st January 2021. Two weeks after my order I received an email making me aware the bed I ordered is actually out of stock, was told I could wait until the restock in April if I wanted to so I did. I got in touch in April and was informed it would then be May the 8th it would be re stocked so again I waited. The first week of May came around so I tried to get in touch via email and received no reply. Over the past week I have sent 5 emails to the customer service email and had no reply. I have also tried calling the phone number provided on the previous emails and website but again no reply. I have also attempted to get into contact through social media but you guessed it, no reply. Am writing this review not only to express my stress and frustration towards BedSOS that pride themselves on a great service but also to give them the opportunity to put this right. It’s now the 15th of May, 4 months after I ordered my new bed.

Fast and helpful delivery
I don't usually bother with writing reviews, but I just had to give Bed SOS a mention. Most delivery drivers these days just throw the goods at you and run. These guys delivered really fast (faster than their initial estimate), they stayed in touch, letting us know where they were and fine-tuning their estimated time of arrival. Then, when they arrived (on time) they carried the bed all the way up the garden for us to our daughter's annexe. Fantastic service!

Ref julian Bowen highsleeper You do not get the quality you pay for...if you are like me and trust that higher priced product means you are getting good quality this is not the case I would have been better going to IKEA who I have used before and I would say the quality is comparable. Be aware that the instructions are not great, no one tells you it's a 2 man 7 hour build time so 14 hours work....maybe that would have been worth it if the bed was great quality. You also need 3 times the size of the bed to build the bed so if like me you are buying this for a box room make sure you have plenty of other space available and allow yourself an entire day to build. I was unfortunate in that a chunk of mine arrived damaged....you then need to decide if you commit to building a damaged bed or try and store it somewhere while you report back the problem? As you will have unpacked hundreds of coponents and you can not move I gambled that building and then reporting the issue would have been the best cause of action and claiming back a reasonable value for doing so would have been the best action as you honestly could not re pack the bed for collection and you will already now be hours into the unpack and sorting. In fairness to beds sos I was offered an exchange but after taking 14 hours to build it...then to have to take it down to be replaced to then build it again would be over 42 hours of labour. Stay away from this bed, I was also offered 75.00 back but refused this as I felt it insulting. Also worth noting that after giving bedsos the opportunity that I felt was a fair value to correct the quality and problems I received back a no, in that very same reply from bedsos I am informed that leaving a negative review could be seen as being unreasonable on my part. If you do buy this bed I sent bedsos pages of instruction amend that I hope will help the next person.

Best online price from Bedsos, and delivered in the timeframe as specified. Exceptionally good product from Julian Bowen, and first class service from BJS delivery personnel. Purchasing from Bedsos is highly recommended.
Late delivery - BedSOS has no idea where our order is!
I'm really reluctant to leave a 1 star review for any company, especially as someone who works in a retail business and understands the challenges that businesses are facing right now.
However - we have given BedSOS so many chances to redeem themselves to no avail, so now feel that we have no other option but to leave a review in the hope that BedSOS might take our case seriously and let us know what on earth is going on with our delivery.
My partner and I purchased a bed that listed 10-21 days for delivery. We patiently waited, and on Feb 8th, our bed was listed as "despatched", so it looked like things were moving along. However, after 21 working days had elapsed, we had heard nothing. I emailed and was told the courier company (DHD) would be in touch imminently to arrange delivery. A week later, I emailed again and I was told the same thing.
Then we called up, to be told that they could see someone was dealing with our case, and that we would hear back soon. More time elapsed without hearing anything. Today we have called up twice - the first time we were promised a call back within 20 minutes with more information. Nothing. Then we called back after 2 hours and were promised a call back by the end of the day, and assured that they were going to raise a formal complaint with the courier company as they couldn't understand why our delivery hadn't been arranged. This callback also never materialised, and here we are at the end of the day (and the end of the week) facing further delays, no communication and no clarity about where our bed is and no one seems remotely keen to take ownership and keep us updated. (We have attempted to call this evening three times, before they close at 5.30, but no one has answered.)
Clearly something has happened that may be beyond BedSOS's control, but it is their responsibility as the company who sold us this bed to keep us fully updated and informed, especially now this bed is far beyond their promised delivery time.
Like I said, I'd love to be able to review what I know will be a lovely bed from this company, but as yet I am unable to because over four weeks later, my partner and I are still sleeping on a mattress on the floor.

Ordered the bed Thursday morning and it was delivered Friday morning, exactly 24 hours later. Clear and accurate communication from BedSOS and their courier throughout.
Fast Delivery and Goods in Perfect Condition
Ordered bed 12:15 the day before and it arrived by 8:30 the next day. Bed in prefect condition and very competitive price. I also received good communication confirming order and delivery. Would highly recommend this company if you want a good price for quality products.
