Do not purchase from bedstar! I purchased a bed and mattress in 2023, it was not cheap( it was £600 and something) the mattress dipped in many places within a year! (Luxury 1000 pocket cashmere mattress) Bedstar was actually really good, I sent photos in and they sent out a replacement mattress in 2024, the same fault has happened this year 2025 with the replacement mattress but as it’s now out of the 1 year guarantee even though there is a clear fault, I have been told there is nothing they can do and just to purchase another from them! Who would buy a mattress knowing they would have to replace it every year? Please do not waste your money!
So like I said people, look at the reply to my review! Only buy from Bedstar if you don’t mind having to purchase a new mattress every year! Because if there is a fault they don’t help and blame the supplier!

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues with the mattress. As advised this particular supplier only guarantees the mattress for 1 year, this would be the case with many mattresses. If you want a broken bed go for it
Bed came and was damaged and screws missing. Asked me if i want to replace the bed but only able to get that after the weekend so theyve essentially left me sleeping on a mattress on the floor for the whole weekend £388 down and £70 down for the man who was meant to build my bed. I expect my refund ASAP. Quick delivery clearly doesnt mean good quality i shall steer clear in future. Too good to be true. Asked about a refund and all i got was they need to see the pictures. Sent the pictures and asked again whats happening with the refund and nothing they are now shut so no response until Monday and im sleeping on the floor. Definitely shouldnt be called bedstar🙄🙄🙄

I am sorry to hear you received a damaged bed with missing screws. The bed may have been damaged in transit by the third party courier, this can occasionally happen during transit to different depots. The screws could simply have dropped out or been missed. I apologize that this has happened.
With regards to replacing parts, we ask for images as this is what our supplier will request. Thank you for sending the images in to us. I see my colleague had advised as it was over the weekend our supplier wouldn't receive the information until Monday.
In terms of the refund. I am afraid we wouldn't process a refund whilst goods are outstanding i.e., not returned to us. Once the bed has been collected and we can see it on return we will be in a position to process the refund for you. My colleague will advise on this.
Once again please accept my sincerest apologies.
