Ordered a piston kit six weeks ago it turned up after seven days,piston rings were missing,emailed them the day after delivery, they said they would pass it on to there parts department(possibly man in shed at bottom of garden).so since then they gone all shy and are refusing to answer, five weeks later and I've had to order rings from elsewhere. Thank you all at badspend beedspeed.

This doesn’t even deserve one star!

We placed an order two different orders.
Five days passed no order delivered despite it saying 2 days delivery.
My husband then called to chase and they said they will put both orders together and get it shipped out asap but why didn’t you order this in the winter! Well to be honest my engine didn’t blow up in the winter it blew up in March but if I had a crystal ball I would off!

So another three days had passed didn’t get a email that our order was posted out so tried and tried all days to get through on the phone for then Dan burton to answer and be so rude on the phone saying they can’t fulfil the order now.
Ok so are you going to refund us yes!
So now a week has gone on and an order over £400 still nothing.
So I have been trying to call and call again and today Daniel burton was so rude calling my husband vile and a piece of shit.
Because I’m chasing the refund that he doesn’t want to give back.
When Alan had this company it was top notch.
Please do not order from this guy try Torbay scooters such a nice guy and got all our parts needed within 72 hours!

Ordered a load of Vespa spares form these guys. When they didn’t turn up within a few days, I then found the negative reviews and thought the worst. But I called them anyway, got a really helpful chap that explained that one of the parts was stuck in customs and was expected a couple of days later and as soon as it arrived they would ship my entire order out. Guess what, four days later my parcel arrived just like they said it would, the parts inside were exactly what I had ordered and EVERYTHING was good. Admittedly when IDID call them it took about 5 minutes for them to answer the phone but that was on a Friday lunchtime so that was probably understandable. I didn’t see any of the problems that all the negative reviews have mentioned and I will have no hesitation in using Beedspeed again, the service couldn’t have been any better!

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
I placed an order on Dec 25 and didn't receive it. It is now the end of April. I tried to contact the company on multiple occasions without success. I managed to get through on three occasions and was told each time that a manager would get back to me but never did. I send an email and got zero response to that to. I have now lodged formal complaint with my bank to try and get my money back.
This is without doubt the WORST company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
Unfortunately I had to leave a one star rating because I don't have the option to leave a zero star rating.

Ordered some wiring and was told it would be delivered within 3 days. The money was taken out of my bank account the day of ordering. Nothing has been received yet. I have sent e-mails to the company asking for a refund but have never received any replies.

AVOID -SCAM WEBSITE. Ordered a part showing as in stock. Next day I called to cancel. They confirmed they didn't have the part anyway. They then never responded after that or issued the refund. Do not use this company

ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL!! can not leave any less then 1 star they deserve NONE!! I Placed an order, Have never received it over £100 worth, I have called so many times no one ever answers on hold continuously total of 3 hrs,
Have sent over 3 emails No response! have now contacted our card company regarding basically theft now, ordered the parts from another company had them the next day. ! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

I bought a windscreen for my Vespa arrived eventually via DHL but it had the wrong fitting for my scooter have tried umpteen times to get through on the phone, had one reply via email “waiting return approval” ? Still waiting don’t reply to emails I’ve sent…….and the weeks go by. Dreadful customer service, actually I haven’t had any?

Shame I can't put minus stars,.ordered a.vespa toolkit early December 2025 it's now April 2026 and the company are still saying it's not in stock, don't answer phones emails or messages, AVOID it's not.worth the hassle.

Ordered a Vespa ignition module and fitted it. Didn’t produce enough spark. No refund as took me a few weeks to fit it… but surely if it’s faulty they should refund or offer a replacement unit. Avoid them. Person I spoke to basically said ‘tough’

Order was packaged pretty quickly however the delivery was so so slow. DHL are a shambles and seems to he letting the company down. Poor all round

Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest you can give but this shower of sh1t company don’t even deserve that!
They will piss you about and not return calls and lie thru their teeth when they do eventually answer the phone! Steer well clear go straight to Sipp for your parts

I ordered a part that said was in stock dispatched next working day. Great i required it quickly. One week later emailed them no delivery of item no reply . Rang and finally got to speak to them ( its not in stock we will send out soon as ) Still says on website instock. Err whens that going to be (dont know). Emailed them to cancel order as i need pronto.No reply. Another week later item arrives. As i told them to cancel order i ordered another same part form leeds lambretta and got next day. This company as no morals take ya money hope for best. Stay way from these sort waste of time and effort, theres plenty of reputable dealers out there

Order was never sent, phoned and managed to speak to someone, saying Order would be sent, but nothing arrived, had to get my bank involved to get my money back. I would avoid this company

Avoid at all cost, I ordered side panels for my scooter as they were showing as in stock. Low and behold, as soon as I confirmed the order, they were out of stock.
Tried emailing, phoning, sending facebook messages, no response. I sent an email cancelling the order, a week later they dispatched without any prior notification.
I hate leaving bad reviews but this lot deserve it. Go to Ron Daley's, bit more expensive but trustworthy and reliable.

My order didn't start well with the app supplied for tracking stating "delivered" which it wasn't, I sent an email which achieved a response saying they would sort. Two weeks and nothing, I looked up reviews and thought , I can say goodbye to the money, I sent an email demanding my goods, or a refund, I received a reply informing me of supplier issues and they would send as soon as it was in at their end, his word was good.

Terrible, If you haven't got the product to sell, be honest.

Without a doubt one of the worst companies i have ever dealt with,I placed an order mid December only for one part being wrong and also faulty, it took multiple attempts to return it, with several emails and phone calls which they never answer, when it did go back for a full refund that never happened and i only got a part refund and was promised my return postage back but i never got that back either, Avoid at all costs

Placed an order on 1st of January and have still not received it and it's now the 22nd January, I phoned beedspeed and they said it was late due to one of the items being out of stock, if it was out of stock why did it show it was in stock when I placed it in my basket, I asked for a refund and was told it was to late as the order had now gone through...yeah of course it has. I will never use them again!

I purchased an exhaust through ebay from this company and it stated next day Dpd delivery 3 weeks later still no sign of purchase, I contacted them through ebay and was told out of stock, if you read other reviews on here it seems there's a pattern, anyway I also needed other items so called to check stock and also enquired about a identical exhaust i was waiting for and was told yes in stock can post it tomorrow, anyway lucky for me I used PayPal and was reimbursed as item never arrived, there are much better and reliable suppliers out the , Pedparts, Racing Planet , Vespajets, On small wheels will all supply you at a cheaper cost and you will definitely receive it and not have to be lied to by Dan.
