Phone and ordered a part, paid by bank transfer and after three weeks chased up why it has not arrived. No communication and now cannot get through.. Feels like a scam to me..

Ordered some parts in September and they took the money (over £300) but then said they were out of stock so I have asked for a refund over a month ago and have still not been paid - I have rang numerous times and been told to put it in an email which I have done a few times too but have received no response - very rude on the phone too!!

Item was exactly what I wanted ,does the job superbly, would highly recommend to anyone who is seeking a spak plug & wheel spanner, 5 star service regards

Bought an item off of ebay, hasn't arrived, reached out via ebay, no communication. Avoid this company they've scammed 100.00 out of me

Ordered 2 pilot jets from this company .They failed to provide any communication about dispatch or tracking . Emails I sent were basically ignored .The items never arrived ! A week later I had to get PayPal involved to get a refund . So my advice is to avoid .
Bad experience and a waste of time !

My order was incorrectly supplied by Beedspeed, so I had to send an item back, which cost me £4, they refused to pay the postage, I tried to explain, why should I pay when it was not my mistake, they were very rude on the phone.
Not going to use them again, found a much better supplier who were very polite.

Needed to order a Sip road race 3 exhaust on eBay but needed it within 2 days, communication with seller was very quick and was told it would be with me in 2 days but it actually arrived the next day. Very happy with the quality of the exhaust and Beedspeed.

Bought a new vespa PX ansolotti seat in July it's splitting on the seams already and the red piping
Has turned pink,customer service and attitude is appalling from bedspread.
Best avoid this company as it's not worth the hassle
The bank has refunded my money, boycott veedspeed.!!.

Rumours in the trade are rife with Beedspeed. Ignore them. They are back with a vengeance I've ordered lots of stuff recently from them especially some specially made twin seats for my 69 sprint. Arrived 4 weeks earlier than quoted great quality and brilliant customer service. Cant fault them at all. Thanks top service.

Robbing swines. Ordered a custom stitched seat for my scooter. Waited and waited without receiving my order. Many months,emails & phone calls exchanged with promises of delivery. I never received my custom stitched seat cover. They just string you along with empty promises until you give up. Don't bother with them, there are better shops out there who'll be honest .

Waited 7 weeks for a Lambretta manual. NO tracking info provided Despite phone calls no item or refund so luckily PayPal gave a refund. Will NEVER use again

I ordered a part for my scooter wrongly so I phoned the shop insted of going on there Web site to speed things up.but from the start I was very badley spoken to by a staff member so much so I lost it trying to justify my mistake..so much so I was told to f off..by the member of staff I was out raged asking around the forums it seems I'm not the only one I'll never use these cretins again.

Advised by DANIEL on 10/3/25 to email and a full refund would be given for seat ordered on 29/11/24 but still UNDELIVERED as of 10/3/25.However a week later 17/3/25 no acknowledgement to my email nor any refund. I have advised my bank about his rude and aggressive behaviour if I call in to Beedspeed, so they will deal with this dubious company now. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I never checked reviews before parting with my money, my mistake, but I will NEVER ORDER AGAIN. Perhaps if I actually receive my refund I may change this review but either way DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Dan will take your money and when items DO NOT ARRIVE he will be obnoxious and aggressive on the phone when you are merely asking when your order
MIGHT ARRIVE.

Absolutely love dealing with this company nothing is too much trouble when asking about items they have for sale. I am restoring a 1964 Lambretta complete nut and bolt restoration and I have bought quite a lot of parts, some i have ordered wrong but help is at hand with Beedspeed and i would recommend any scooter enthusiast to give their website a look at for parts and advice. I ordered a seat on the 3rd of august 2024 it’s now the 13th of the 2/ 2025 . No seat delivered. So I asked for a refund. The guy called Dan verbally abused my wife over the phone . And spoke to me like I was the s@@t under his shoe . So now I have a debt recovery firm to now go and collect my money and obviously take their fee . Don’t buy from this firm they are frauds and scammers

I purchased a seat for scooter in August said it would be 12 week still nothing by December emailed them more than once got a reply saying because of demand wouldn’t be before next year I replied to email asking if would be beginning of year or another 4 months no reply so asked for refund again no response got on to PayPal who contacted them I then got refunded so I would advise don’t buy a seat

An order worth mid £2k has turned very sour. I wasn't told things were not in stock so waited several weeks to receive a part order, within that was 1 item ( which is subject to a court order ) that arrived in poor condition so I returned for refund before Christmas 2024. I have had some excuses and in between the rest of order has arrived only after cajouling Beedspeed, but ths 1 item has caused me to reclaim money via the courts. Needless to say, Beedspeed have failed to respond so far. I was dealing with "the Sales Manager"

Fast delivery and even faster to sort out a problem. 10/ 10 for customer service. It really was a pleasure doing business with these guys at Beedspeed.
