PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY

PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY, they take your order and don’t send parts, I was lucky as I spent over £100 so was able to get money refunded through credit card, but this still took many hours, and 5 weeks to get refund from CC, as you have to wait 30 days before refund, just google Daniel Burton, or as he is now known Daniel George, this is who you are dealing with

They sell wrongly advertised items

They sell wrongly advertised items, deny that items have been returned, ignore emails, cut off phone calls, these cowboys don`t even respond to North East Linconshire Trading Standards. I`ve requested a refund on numerous occasions but have been totally blanked. They deserve to be locked up. Shame on this alleged company.

Stupidly ordered a product from this shambolic establishment, no sign of item after 2 weeks and no response to my emails. Eventually given a extremely poor excuse so I requested a refund. No refund has been given, no help from the company. They have basically kept my money. Avoid avoid avoid. Horrible horrible horrible criminals

Dreadful Company

Ordered an item a week ago, emailed, no replies, phoned Tuesday to be told they would get it sent out. Called back Thursday to be told it will be 2 more days. Called today to be told it has not been sent with excuses. I got the impression he had had these phone calls many times as i could not get my point over his constant rant, then to be told if i raise my voice he will cut me off and the phone calls are monitored!! Honestly, what a way to run a business eh? Am now in the process of getting my money back off them. DO NOT USE THESE.

I spoke to a manager named Dave…

I spoke to a manager named Dave in an effort to track my order (which was placed in February). He was horribly condescending and agitated from the get go. I was not aggressive nor was I forceful in my tone or wording, converse to his accusations. I am in business myself and make a living by knowing how to effectively communicate with people in a polite manner to get mutually beneficial results. I was called every name under the sun by this manager, he was horrible to deal with. Prior to finding a solution he threatened to put down the phone on me. I was offered a refund received an email to confirm such but the money is nowhere to be seen. Unfortunately, this has thrown my project of building my dream scooter right off course. Definitely not the same Beedspeed that I have purchased from in previous years! I will not be ordering again. I hope this can help anyone avoid the same mistake.

Avoid this man and his company…

Avoid this man and his company beedspeed at all cost, all he cares about is taking people's money he takes orders promising it would be sent out the next day knowing full when those items are NOT in stock, he treats his employees absolutely shocking to the point I heard he actually hit a female member of staff. He does not deserve to have a business.

After sending me the wrong part ,Dan at Beedspeed spoke to me like i was a child ,totally unprofessional unable to deal with my issue.
After sending photos I had to then chase them to see what was going on ,after weeks I was send a returns dpd barcode but DPD would not accept it as it was not for a parcel of the size we were returning.
This happened again before I paid myself to return it .
It then took many phone calls and emails to finally get the money refunded , start to finish this was 8 weeks
Please get your scooter stuff from another company
Not worth the stress be warned

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

They sent the wrong item, when i contacted they all i got was a very rude chap called Dan who immediately went on the defensive and threatened to cut me off. if i didn't listen to him, he said he was too busy to deal with my problem. and that i should at email him. well iv'e done that. and suprise suprise no response.
Upon investigating their company it looks like they went int receivership at the end of last year, and are selling off the stock and ripping people off in the process.
Dan aka Daniel Burton who is the manager (HA HA) has a very dodgy background just look him up on google.

I am extremely disappointed with this Company I ordered some items early April 2021, and I am still waiting, I have contacted them several time and no reply, I wish I had seen the reviews on here as I would not have used them.
So, anyone thinking of using them don’t.

Avoid - there are plenty of good suppliers out there.

Terrible company their strap line should be "if you need it-beed off" because that sums up their attitude towards their customers. I ordered some parts over 6 weeks ago and at no time through the process were they pro-active I had to keep phoning them and even when they knew that I needed a part to keep my slot at the spray shop they still failed to deliver and I lost my slot. Did they apologise- not at all- they just trotted out their stock excuses and then when I cancelled the order Dan threatened to find out where I worked-they really are a nasty company.

NO GOODS DELIVERED

Ordered a Vespa rubber floor mat it was never sent contacted them on several occasions to find out when i will be getting this item but the could not be bothered to reply, asked for a refund but AGAIN NO REPLY. Contacted E Bay resolution and they sorted it out and got a full refund.

My suggestion if you want to use this company would be AVOID AVOID AVOID

Time delay is understandable, rudeness is not

Ordered a brake hose for a customer build, which had taken a little time to be sent out. It’s a little over two weeks - the timing is not particularly any persons fault, Covid has slowed everything up, and we understand that. After calling last week, the agent explained that the parts are delayed in the manufacturing process - fair enough - and to call again on Friday if it hadn’t yet arrived. We waited the weekend, and chose to call today. The agent told us it would be out in “a couple of days.” When we explained that the customer is giving us a hard time, and so would it be possible to have something in writing to that effect, he replied that everyone’s having a hard time. Okay, not a response I would have given, but I can imagine it’s not easy on his side. Instead of offering something in writing, he offered to push to have it out by tomorrow afternoon. It was when I dared to tell him that I would phone again tomorrow, to double check it he part had been sent out, the agent responded with a curt “call after 5pm, if you keep calling us, it’s going to take longer.” A little rattled by his rudeness, I explained how I was not going to “keep calling” but will instead be calling after 5 as instructed. I also put to him, very politely and calmly, that although everyone is having problems, there is in fact a responsibility on them to get the part to us, and keep us updated, they have our money after all. He replied that “if I’m going to be rude like that....” and then hung up the phone. I came on trust pilot immediately, only to see appalling reviews - which I wish we’d seen sooner! I will be calling him again tomorrow, after 5pm, and if it hasn’t yet been sent out, may have to take further action with my bank, etc. I’m only hoping that the owners of this company know how his representatives are running his business into bankruptcy with how the public see BeedSpeed.
100% recommend AVOIDING.

I’ve submitted a generous 2 owing only to a very helpful young lady who did her best to resolve an initial issue that I had in summer 20 whereby Beedspeed had provided me both incorrect and poor quality parts. At the time it was impossible reach anyone on the phone, there were no return calls and email responses were very slow. Lockdown and subsequent staffing levels considered, they could and should have provided better service to paying customers. I’ve had a cause to call them more recently a couple of times concerning the same parts I’d purchased last summer, only to be dismissively told that the parts are several months old inferring there is no recourse, despite my query being more around how I could test the part and repair it myself. During a more recent call concerning the same parts I was met by a defensive, argumentative individual, very likely the same person as previous, who again seemed to gain enjoyment from telling me ‘the purchase was a year ago’ (splitting hairs it’s 9/10 months) and generally being unhelpful, again to me his statement inferred there was no recourse.

The reason for my call was to identify if the branded parts ordered were what I had actually received. My order last year was placed over the phone, my email address was provided but no confirmation was issued to me as they had advised on the call. I’m certain that I wanted specific branded parts as I had researched all options and had committed to invest in the better option. But having bought the same parts again from another vendor it sees to that I was sent lower quality and priced parts than ordered, it’s also possible that there was a misunderstanding with the phone order - which would be fine, mistakes happen and I’d live with it, either way the customer service received today is amongst the worst I’ve ever encountered. Fortunately there are far more professions and reliable vendors around, I’d advise anyone thinking of purchasing items from Beedspeed to do so without high expectations and to consider alternative businesses before investing your hard earned cash.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service, ordered parts in November had not arrived by middle of December so contacted them only to be told parts were not actually in stock and would have to wait 3-5 weeks for delivery. Explained could not wait that long and offered a refund that has not been paid. Still waiting a month later. Now ignoring my emails so have started legal proceedings to get my money back.

Sold me the wrong exhaust for my scooter. I returned it and have the Hermes delivery slip.Beedspeed deny receiving it and have not refunded my £147.00 and have ceased communications with me.
