Packaging was torn in several places and the internal packaging holding the bottles fell through when lifted.

The reviews on their site can't be trusted, I've twice tried to post a negative review and their moderators block them.

I’m really happy with my purchase from BeerMerchants.com. The House Party Beer was excellent value for money, especially for the quality and quantity you get. It was also great to find a gluten-free option, as I have a gluten intolerance, so that made a big difference for me.

On top of that, the team are very helpful and friendly to work with, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Overall, I’d definitely buy from them again and would happily recommend them.

Excellent range of beers including unusual and rarely found breweries, offering something for all beer tastes. Quick and efficient delivery in safe sturdy packaging, which takes the uncertainty out of ordering bottled beers online and the breakage risk. Would recommend highly.

Have ordered many times over the years and always been happy. Recently ordered Sierra Nevada beers from USA as Beer Merchants now handle it. Very disappointed - these were specialist items (can conditioned not draught style) and different items were delivered to specified on the website (which was the entire purpose of me ordering them rather than getting the regular cans from Sainsburys!).

Very disappointing, and after a week still no response from Beer Merchants when I raised a compliant. Then another 4 days since I tried again - blanket silence.

Very fast delivery easy to navigate website with a good range of Belgian beers. No complaints- very satisfied.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered this with next day delivery. 4 days later still hasn’t left their warehouse! I called them several times, either rang out or the man who answered made false promises. I explained this was a 70th birthday present and was assured it would be sent. My emails have been ignored. So I have paid the best part of 50 quid and for next day delivery to be lied to and have no present for my father in law. Currently not answering calls … I wonder why??
If this had been sent when it was meant to be it would have been here days before the bad weather. They have had so many opportunities to prevent this and they have chosen to do nothing. Now if / when it ever leaves there warehouse it will be stuck in a backlog of bad weather delays. So the parcel won’t just be a few days late but more like weeks. I would never buy from them again and would urge others not too.

delivery time was atrocious. I paid extra for next day delivery and it arrived 4 days later. even accounting for the advertised xmas delay which said orders would be dispatched 27-29th, that doesn't explain why my expensive 'next day' delivery didn't come until 31st.

However packing was fantastic and it all arrived intact, order was correct

Excellent service best German beer I've had arrived promptly

Not the quickest delivery, but very well protected packaging. I ordered two Christmas packs to give as gifts, but they both came in a single box. I asked why, got a short reply saying it says that in the terms and conditions. Who reads those? Be warned. If you plan to gift stuff, one item per order!

I'm waiting for a reply to my email but at the moment I'm missing one of my beers(omnipollo stout) so for me it's not a great experience.

I bought these beers as a Christmas present. They arrived in plenty of time. I have purchased from this vendor in the past and will happily do so again.
