All items sought were available. Even though some of the beer is difficult to source in Belgium. Delivery was quick and well packaged. Would use again.

One: Deceptive online sign-up discount promises only to receive an unapologetic sorry, not sorry email when following up. Then ghosted.

Two: Received beer that was fourteen months old, two months past its best before date.

Customer service simply isn’t. Upside is I won’t have to make that mistake again.

Not a great experience. Beer cans arrived damaged as not adequately packaged. Company not particularly interested and merely said it would not affect the taste of the beer. Does affect storage though as were blown out. Would not use again.

Nearly always out of stock but recently listed 'Torpedo Box' as back in stock. Ordered 2, value over £80. DPD did their bit and delivered on time. How it got to me with the dreadful packaging was pure luck. Big box with 24 bottles. 1 piece of [split] tape across the bottom of the box which was already tearing through and DPD had had to repair all around the top with their own tape as the box was just totally inadequate. All the bottles were not boxed [as advertised] which was a shame as the boxes were gifts. No reply to 'phone or email. Shan't be bothering with this lot again and not worthy of the great name of Sierra Nevada.

All was as ordered and delivered quickly and well packaged.

Fast delivery and great choice

Quick delivery, ordered on Tuesday night and my order arrived Thursday morning. Well packed and all bottles arrived safe and sound.
My order was the Brugse Zot fridge filler. If you haven’t tried it, you should!

I think the price, range and delivery time of the stock offered by Beer Merchants is excellent!

The only real criticism I'd offer is to do with shipments to Jersey. Beer Merchants very kindly, compared to other UK suppliers, do actually ship to Jersey. However, they do not adjust their prices by location, such that you pay VAT. This would typically be fine, but it does mean you end up paying BOTH VAT (20%) and Jersey's equivalent tax of GST (5%) meaning the beer in actually more expensive than it should be. Retailers typically knock the VAT off if they're delivering to Jersey, as they can claim this back. The consumer cannot. Unfortunately, Beer merchants doesn't do this, meaning shipping to Jersey is rather expensive.

I may end up using this service again for Jersey as its great being able to get Augustiner for Easter/Christmas etc on the island, but I would love if Beer Merchants could look into this tax issue, as it does make shipping to Jersey very expensive for the consumer

Amazing selection of beers. Fairly priced and free super quick delivery if you spend over £60. Will shop again.

Received a really good selection of German beers. From Helles to Weissbeer, all were very good!

I've contacted via email to get a refund on cans as they were the wrong size cans and some weren't in delivery and have had no response and no refund won't be using again after this experience

Ordered and delivered sooner than I expected. Packaging was excellent (so good I kept it) !!! I ordered 12 bottles of German Lager and thoroughly enjoyed everyone after a long Dry January !!! Will order again.

Website can be a little clunky on mobile, and a lot of out of stock items have been for a long time, but the beer they do have on offer is great, reasonably priced and there's still a good selection
