Beer Sniffers 

I would avoid, I received my order but the contents were wrong. They never picked up the phone or responded to multiple messages I sent. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Nightmare to do deal. Didn't receive order and no response on a refund a month later

This company must be in trouble. Like other posters, my mid-December order never arrived, no-one answers the phone or replies to emails.

Order placed before Christmas, still hasn't arrived. Received an email from a Charles shortly after placing the order to say it would be delayed, but have heard nothing since and now don't receive any replies to emails or calls. Don't expect I'll ever see my beer or money again.

Ordered 10 beers, 4 were correct. They didn’t even ask before sending me a random assortment that I never would’ve picked, and haven’t responded to multiple emails since. It’s been a month. I feel robbed. Absolute cowboys. AVOID

Delivered in good time, well packaged. This was a gift, so I can’t comment on the quality of the beers, but the recipient has always enjoyed his “beer sniffers beers” in the past.

Ordered beer on December 22nd and not heard from Beer Sniffers despite, leaving two voice messages and emailing them three times. Spent £55 and feel like this is now lost money, especially after reading other reviews with the same issue.

Will be contacting my bank to issue a fraud claim.

I used beersniffers in the past - all worked well. Recent experience- absolutely dreadful. Still haven’t received the beer almost a month later. No response to emails and telephone calls. Totally unacceptable. Why no response????

We placed an order for Christmas, to get specific beers from a brewery that my partner loves. Only 3 of the 10 that came were ones we ordered and we didn’t get any from the specific brewery. The ones we received weren’t similar and we could have got them locally, for less money and no delivery charge! We’ve tried calling, and emailing multiple times and have given it several weeks but have had no luck.
Really disappointing, as we couldn’t source them elsewhere in time for Christmas and are now short quite a bit of money!

A selection of Belgian beers, well-packed, arrived safely and on time. Mostly very pleased, though some of the beers I'd ordered had been replaced with others. I don't mind that in principle, but would have liked some explanation for the switches and an assurance that the prices add up to the same.

Lack of communication about my order missing items, then replacing them (not unkindly I might add) with a beer I am not fond of, means a three star review other than my usual 5 stars. My apologies for that as normally Beersniffers are great. They remain a favourite for imported beers and long may they run.

Very good products but no email confirmation of purchase. The goods were delivered in time but without any notification.
So good service but poor comms.

Sent different beers to what I ordered. Never responded to my email stating this.

Purchased on December 14th with next-day delivery for the holiday season beer supply, but unfortunately, apart from the transaction confirmation, there has been radio silence. Numerous emails and voicemails remain unanswered, and phone calls go unreturned. This company runs a fraudulent operation. Stay away!

I had placed my original order on 30th November for a christmas gift set of Delirium beer with a decorative beer glass, however I had no updates for a week and did not receive any updates until I emailed the company a week later.
Iniitally the response was positive as they explained the set had been damaged and were awaiting a new delivery before dispatching a new delivery to my address. The package did arrive on Wednesday 17th December and to my disappointment the beet glass was shattered, the gift box was damaged. Furthermore the gift set was not packaged securely , as there was alot of space for the item to move around. If it had been packaged securely with bubble wrap and a smaller box as this would minimise the likelihood of damage.
I sent an email on 17th December,followed by a further email on 21st December to request a refund. I have not received any responses from the company to confirm the refund. In short I would not reorder from the company again.

Ordered with next day delivery on the 14th December with hopes to have the beers with us by Christmas. Since then aside from the money being charged and receiving an order confirmation there has been no correspondence. No replies to multiple emails, no answering of their phone and no response to multiple voicemails. This group is operating a scam. AVOID.

Had fairly good experiences until the last year now I just would use them. Last Christmas I was sent an order with several items missing. No responses to multiple issues so the problem was never fixed.
My own mistake, I decided to order from them again this year. 1 week after ordering, email to say they don't actually have the Items they took money for. Still waiting for a refund or a reply. Won't be using them again

Ordered beers 7 days ago. No confirmation email, no response to calls or emails. I also emailed a number of months back regarding beer tokens as they don’t seem to have been updated online. NO response despite follow up emails. Poor customer service. Assume beer will not appear before Christmas now. Will not be ordering again despite ordering frequently before

Avoid. Rubbish. Rubbish. Rubbish. Ordered 2xMort Subite and 2xGrimbergen. The choice of beers was important as they matched beer glasses I had bought as gifts. All were shown as in stock.

When the order was received there was 4xGrimbergen with a note saying the Mort was out of stock, they'd done a substitution and they'd thrown in a free beer. But they hadn't! And they could've rung me to ask if the substitution was ok as they had my mobile number. If I'd wanted 4 Grimbergens I would've ordered 4 Grimbergens.

Rang them but no answer and messages ignored.

To make matters worse, the Mort is still available on their website, but I bet they haven't got any.

Don't use them - totally disorganised and deceptive
