Beer Sniffers 

I still havent received the order after complaining to dhl who have plied me with lie upon lie after lie regarding the delivery. I have informed Beer Sniffers who were very apologetic and informed me that I would be sent a replacement. I have still not received anything. After ringing Beer Sniffers up again they were brilliant and tried to sort this issue out promptly. Just DHL as a carrier really let them down and me.

Easy to order, good communication and delivery.

I'm not sure if these guys are maybe sampling the products while they pack it? Half the order was right, the other half was not. I wanted a sample selection of a range, and to be fair they've done that....but it wasn't the ones I'd chosen. I also never got an order confirmation or anything directly, just an email from DHL saying it was being delivered. Very odd. Wouldn't buy from them again.

I have ordered Belgium beer 8% and above (big selection) and half of the bottles arrived around just 4% without sending me any notice. That’s unacceptable, I’m not even mentioning such beer normally costs cheaper.

Kept in touch with delivery times. Delivery was free.

Took my money and 3 months later still have not delivered the correct beer. emails go unanswered and their phone number does not work. AVOID

Order arrived with some missing and incorrect items. Tried phoning several times but no answer. Emailed and they said they would send missing items. Five weeks and nothing has turned up. I'm giving up at this point and will not be ordering from Beer Sniffers again.

Delivery was perfect on time and delivered with care

Straightforward to order and super quick delivery, no issues at all, will order again in the future with absolute confidence!

Only half the order has been delivered. One call back claimed the missing beers would be delivered. Still waiting. Since then, the company is ignoring numerous emails and even more numerous phone calls. Their main number does not work. Extremely disappointed as I have used this company over previous years and have had no issues. I wonder what has changed? About to resort to the card company to retrieve my money.

Order was delayed, but once made aware of the problem, staff were really courteous and helpful and even gave me some free beers for my inconvenience.
Good selection of hard to find continental and regional beers.

There were missing items in my delivery. I emailed and was told this would be rectified. Since then I've heard nothing more, I've had no deliveries and despite several emails I've had no further response. Still missing items.

Quickly dealt with a problem beyond Beersniffers control ensuring my gift arrived on time. Strongly recommended.

A terrible company to deal with. Their only communication to me was an automated email giving me an order number ( no confirmation of what I had ordered ). Thereafter they were unresponsive to phone calls or email and there were no further updates. Finally I asked my card company to retrieve the money which took 2 months, simply because BeerSniffers did not respond to them either. Avoid this company.

The deliveries are taking longer to be dispatched. I've used this service for a couple of years and the turn around time use to be a lot quicker than the experience I've had this year.

Always well packaged and quick delivery. A great selection of beers.

Beer was great

The beer that we did order was great but some beers we didn’t order and we are still waiting for this to be rectified. The last response we received re this was on 23rd September.

I ordered some beer from Beer Sniffers just over a month ago. One pair of those beers was not a beer that I had ordered. It was also cheeper than the beer I had ordered.

On follow-up I was reassured that replacements would be sent free of charge. Sadly they were not. On follow up a second time, I was again reassured that it would be sorted quickly. 3 weeks later still nothing, despite further follow-up.

So wrong beers, cheeper product than I ordered and a failure to make good on their mistake.
