Beer Sniffers 

I've used Beer Sniffers a fair few times now - they have an excellent selection of beers of many different varieties, and very reasonably priced.

I've only ever had one issue with a delivery around Christmas time a couple of years ago, but this was entirely the fault of the courier and nothing to do with Beer Sniffers themselves.

Order has not been sent after two reminders. Telephone is never answered. Have decided to ask credit card company to retrieve the money paid.

Easy to use and great range of what I wanted

Ordered equal quantities of beers and was delivered 16 of one and 10 of another . Not responded to my emails either about this . Poor service this time whereas has been good I. The past . Disappointing

Ordered over a week ago. Have called and emailed asking for an update and nothing back.

Over £150 spent with them in two orders and then get emails asking to review.

I’d be very careful ordering from these.

Arrived in good time - all fine but one of the bottles arrived broken - waiting to hear back about resolution after otherwise would have scored higher

I ordered at the beginning of August and it has still not arrived! This is now a very late birthday present which has caused a lot of disappointment. I will not be ordering from you again especially as I paid so much for delivery too!

No contact since order, attempted calls and emails and no response - avoid.

They do what they say they do…Good, interesting selections of beers, delivered on time for a reasonable price.

Scam - avoid this company. They take the money then don't deliver, don't reply to emails asking what's going on.

Thus was a gift to my husband for our 10 year wedding anniversary.
The order process was easy enough and delivery acceptable.
The order arrived however one of my items was missing and I received an incorrect product (3qty). I emailed CS and had to email a second time for a response. I finally got a response apologising and that the correct item would be sent out, this was never received.

I can only reiterate what LM wrote. I had almost the identical experience. My initial order came with three bottles substituted for three on the order, without any notice from Beersniffers. I e-mailed and was promised that the original bottles would be sent, with 'two others for me to try'. I thought that was great service. Nothing happened. I e-mailed twice more and was told that the bottles would be sent after their next delivery. Still nothing, or any communication to explain. My last e-mail was ignored. Pretty poor, and no more orders from me.

A scam. Received expired items for all of my orders, contacted the store to raise this issue and received no response at all. Would not recommend purchasing any of their products.

I placed my order and had no news for a few days. I sent a couple of emails, and I tried to reach them through their social networks but had no success.
Then I got an answer saying they were short in some styles, but they had received them already, so they would ship the order that same day. A few more days passed before I actually received an email from DHL saying they had my shipment.
When I received my order, I was surprised that they sent some different beers. I received 15 beers instead of 16, and I still haven't heard about reimbursement or credit. Almost all the beers were correct, except for 3 of them, which they exchanged for other beers without asking or even letting me know. I know there are some availability challenges for online stores, but the main problem with Beer Sniffers is their communication. All the comments complain about their lack of communication, and that is exactly what happened here.

I ordered 2 weeks before Father's day and the order never arrived, I think this was the courier's fault. I phoned up and spoke to a very polite man however this parcel never arrived- I then phoned again and was told the order would be dispatched and would be there before noon as we were going away and I wanted to take the fathers Day gift as a surprise - The parcel didn't arrive in time. The parcel contained some extra beer which was very nice however it still didn't contain what I actually ordered - I emailed and asked for this to be sent and I got an email saying they would do this but I haven't heard anything for a week - Very disappointed - as I only wanted what I ordered.

Easy to order, quick delivery and great beers.

Quite possibly the worst company I have dealt with. Ordered some beers for my dad on Father’s Day and they still have not arrived, with no communication from Beer Sniffers and no response to requests for updates. Do not waste your time with this crowd, totally amateur. If I could give no stars, I would.
