Entrance into arena across a big uneven field - ok entering in daylight but actually dangerous when leaving in pitch black with no lighting provided

Great customer service!
As soon as tickets were release I received a ticket transfer request as promised. After an issue with the ticket transfer (no fault of Beeyay!) and being unable to reach ticketmaster due to their poor customer service, Beeyay’s customer support team Helped me get the tickets with ease. This is a brilliant site to use. I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic customer service and delivers on their promise
Fantastic customer service. Slight issue with the sellers ticket I’d purchased. But as the website states, a new like for like ticket would be sourced or a full refund issued. Thankfully for me they managed to secure me another ticket the night before the gig. They kept me informed at all times and ensured I got to go and enjoy myself! Fantastic company, who went above and beyond with their level of customer service!

The best customer service I've…
The best customer service I've encountered from a ticketing website. My tickets (for the Wimbledon semi-finals) arrived as promised and the help team was rapid to respond to my queries.

Sometimes the only way to get a ticket is to pay more on resale if you are going to do that use Beeyay. Quick response and tickets transferred with no problems

5 stars for customer service on Twitter. I am yet to receive the actual tickets however have been informed they will come through a bit closer to event date via Ticketmaster. I was initially pretty concerned but fast response on Twitter and they addressed all my concerns. Feeling confident so far! Will update review once those tickets come through :)
Update: Received to my ticketmaster account really easily and used them as a normal mobile phone ticket. The concert was amazing!! Would definitely use Beeyay again!
