I originally ordered tickets for…
I originally ordered tickets for Fontaines DC in Liverpool and then realised they were playing in Leeds which is closer to home. Tickets were cancelled and refunded with no quibble. Great customer service (and on a Saturday too)

New company great service
New company for resale event tickets, and a brilliant one at that. Tickets cheaper than other resale sites and the service is great, sent a query yesterday evening and got a reply this morning! They even have buyer listings, so you can advertise what you want and the price you’re willing to pay and the sellers will come to you! Can’t fault at all and recommend very highly.

Reassuring and quick to respond
I had tickets for a gig in May but it’s been moved to October now because of coronavirus. Would you believe it, the one weekend we can’t go because of our anniversary! I contacted customer support about it and they came back to me straight away saying I could sell them on again on Beeyay. At least now someone else gets to go and I don’t lose my money.

Really impressive service
I used Beeyay for the first time last week and I was very impressed. The pricing is all very straight forward (no pesky hidden charges) and it's really easy to understand what tickets are available and where. I am thrilled to have my hands on a couple of Andrea Bocelli tickets for October (Covid-19 allowing). The e-tickets were in my AXS account 24 hours after purchasing the tickets on the Beeyay platform. I couldn't ask for a more speedy service! I will definitely be using the platform in future. Great customer service. Refund straight away
Our tickets for Duran Duran were cancelled because of coronavirus. Beeyay gave us a full refund on the day it was announced. A shame about the concert but it wasn’t their fault. Hopefully we can go next year.

A little expensive, but worth it
The tickets were a bit more than I wanted to pay but they were cheaper than on the other secondary sites. Beeyay seems to be a bit more upfront about the total cost whereas some other sites seem to hide it until right at the end.
Tickets arrived in good time and we had a great time at the event.

Our ticket prices are set by our sellers and these may be above or below face value. If you find that the tickets you want are more than you would like to pay, did you know that you can create a buy listing, specifying the exact tickets you want and the price you are prepared to pay? This will advertise your interest to sellers on the site and you may end up getting cheap tickets!

Gig sold out, got tickets here
I was looking for tickets for Jonas Blue but they were sold out everywhere else. I had not seen Beeyay before and there wasn’t much information about them online so I was a bit scared to buy.
I asked them a few questions through the contact form and they got back to me immediately. That gave me confidence to give them a try. I downloaded the tickets through the website after a few days. Great time at Jonas Blue!
