Ever since i became a buyer & customer…

Ever since i became a buyer & customer of Beforward vehicles I have never been disappointed with shipping, it's very exceptional compared to non keep it up. Constant updates keeping the customer alert very good too. Local bank deposits in local banks reducing the T.T extra charges on the customer these are perfect ideas that lessen the customer's burden.

What to improve

1: Please highlight any dent or scratch visibility, don't hide those pictures for dents & scratches.
Let the customer know in advance before paying that the vehicle is dented or scratched even when it is small. Transparency & honesty

My experience with beforward

As a vehicles dealer, I’ve already bought more than 200vehiclez from Beforward. What qi can say, genaraly, vehicles are mechanicaly good, and they try to show scratches in pictures but sometimes there are scratches not showed. The very sad thing is external stock, spacialy vehiclez from Singapor. You can buy a good vehicle in pictures and at arriving, very bad vehicle.

Another very big proble, beforward is now one of the japanese vehicles exporters which have very high prices

The Nissan Fuga is an excellent ride and i love it .After being assisted my purchase by BDC Zimbabwe till it landed ,the vehicle arrived in great shape and with ribbons too!!

Concerns Regarding Vehicle Purchases from BeForward

I have purchased three vehicles from BeForward.
The third was a Mercedes-Benz B-180, purchased in February 2025 with 55,000 km. Unfortunately, this vehicle arrived in disastrous condition, contrary to the description on the website. It has had multiple issues, including a faulty engine cooling system, turbocharger problems, engine oil leaks, ABS sensor faults, and damaged shock absorbers. So far, the repair costs have totaled approximately USD 2,300.00. Regrettably, there is no institution in Mozambique that protects consumer rights when it comes to vehicle imports. This leaves buyers like myself vulnerable when vehicles arrive in conditions that do not match their advertised descriptions.

The second was a Volkswagen Jetta, purchased in January 2025 with 61,000 km. The car is in excellent condition overall, except that I had to replace the shock absorbers immediately after collecting it from the port.

The first was a Toyota Duet in 2012 with less than 50,000 km. Although the car still had plastic covers on the seats, it arrived with a faulty alternator. I had to tow it from the port due to this issue.

Be Forward is the best Japanese car…

Be Forward is the best Japanese car exporter I've ever worked with, they are; reliable - your car will come as you see it in pictures, fair - BF Warranty is very helpful in cases where any accident has occurred during shipping, timely - amongst all car exporters I've worked with, Be Forward is the most timely with bookings, I used to think they owned vessels, haha.

Excellent

I am currently driving my third car purchased from Beforward. First was a 2L Nissan Almera which covered 190000 trouble free kilometres, second, from Singapore, 1.6L Nissan Sylphy, also covered 190000 trouble free kilometres and currently another Sylphy which has been only yet covered 15000 km.
I have helped 8 friends/family members to import vehicles through Beforward. Out of 11 cars there were issues with 1, serious issues but car was only off the road for 3 days during the period, almost 2 years and 50,000 Kms my friend owned the car.
I have been dealing with the same person since I bought my first car, Yasu. Communication has always been excellent, queries, payments and requests nearly always dealt with within minutes. There have been a few misunderstandings but always sorted out very quickly.
Dealing with Beforward has been a very good experience and has made finding and buying a suitable car very easy. Thanks to everyone involved

$50,000.00 spent in kei cars!!

I have purchased over 20 cars in the last year or so and they have all been pretty good. I did my due diligence and read the auction sheet and looked at it closely before purchasing. I had an issue one time where there was damage on a fender when I receive the car from the port and they promptly Issued a payment to me for the damages. Overall I completely love beforward!

SCAM website warning

Bought a car from Be Forward, and it was complete scrap. Engine misfire, transmission failure, flood damage. Car had been fully respray badly. This website is a scam. Can't even MoT the car as it has multiple fault codes and engine management light on. Taking to crushers. That's £6000 I'm not getting back!

worst communication, also paid full payment but told sold locally

sent 3 emails and no any reply,the emails are regarding can't log in my account after I did full payment bought a car, even can't receive link to reset password. also tried to call the company north America phone 8150-3116-8564 for 6 times today,  1 hour waiting no one pick up call,  other 6 times no answer either
I called today July 07 again( Japan time 14.00), half hour waiting still no one answer. Ref: BY022889,
Update: after I post review here, 2 salesperson reach me by WhatsApp I seldom use, I chose one take care of my case, but he told my car sold locally which I paid full amount payment (not just down-payment), I don't know how this is happened??? I did ask for refund ,won't dealing with them anymore.

I recently won a Kei truck from be forward. All I can say is how grateful I am for the opportunity I have been given by be forward. I have entered countless giveaways in my life with very little hope of winning but when I receive the email saying I had won this Kei truck I couldn't believe my eyes. Between the great communication and amazing customer service I couldn't have a better experience. I love the truck and can't wait to bring it to its first car show. And a special shout out to the be forward USA team for every thing they did to get it to me as well
