Be Forward Japan never disappoints, all my purchase were best, I received all the units in good time and in best mechanical condition. Everything was very smooth and very transparent from the beginning to the end of all the deals. I have purchased so many cars from the company and I am still purchasing more.

The company were able to fix the oil leakage which was stated in the company’s inspection note before undergoing the GRA inspection as required by Guyana Government. However, the person that worked on the body did a horrible job. I had to send the car to my auto body mechanic(panel beater). Also, the prolonged delivery period is something your company should try to address.
In general, I am pleased with the quality of the car.

Vehicle made it safe and sound just like they promised. Papers were corrupted to me in two days! I got a nice shirt from them and vehicle came pristine! They do change things. I got new seats and flooring and lots of mechanical work. They do the right stuff and fix vehicles up for good. Not for quick sale. Inspection on this side said the brakes were so clean it looked like it never saw dirt in its life

Anyways it’s living ours best life here now and 4 guys by city hall in Vancouver have bought same vehicle 😆 it’s a trend now

I've bought most of my imports through BeForward and they are all great prices and mostly friendly staff. Would like to see the Buy Now discount be more and faster shipping process but other those always great to work with in gutting my cars.

It takes too much time from order to delivery. It's more than two months since I paid for the unit to delivery. And until now I have the pending unit which is not yet delivered for more than two months and the CAP shows no progressing actions

Great service, everything was sorted quickly and I was informed about the whole process all throughout with constant emails and updates.
This is the second time ive purchased a car from them, first time I bought a gt86 for myself and after my brother saw the condition and how it drives he also wanted ones so I have now bought a second gt86 from them and it has yet to arrive but im sure its going to be exactly as described.

I purcgased a toyota Dyna 2005 canter which had a blow head jointon arrical in Guyana ,which cost me 1444 USD to rebuilt.Whats is unfair is that the ibspection sheet which i viewed didnot intedicate that engine had any problem.I am very disspointed with this sale,since i bought this vehicle for my personal used.

communication can be better some agents are rough on customers , and discoints are minimal , and no guidance from agents re services like recomending taking warrenties and or refunds and details of issues wirh vehicles are not always clear , but overall the experience is not bad and i trust be forward over many other comapnies

To be honest be forward is the best among the rest all their cars are the best so far so good dont have a complain.

Beforward is the best worldwide company that sells best/high quality vehicles all over the world and no exception to Papua New Guinea. I am one of the Papua New Guinea customers buying used vehicles from your company for the following reasons:
1. When comparing with other companies, Beforward only put the available stocks on the market and when
customers put order, the exact vehicle is shipped.
2. Fast confirmation of order payments
3. Effective and efficient communication
4. Shipment is done fast and on the exact date emailed.
5. When TT transaction is delayed and vehicle is put back on the market or given to another customer, we do complain saying that transaction is now being done ,then Beforward never let us
down. BF gives the best quality vehicles as replacement. I experienced one time, I know.

All is good with Beforward and hoping to be with your company for the years to come. However, one reminder in my country's perspective is; most PNG customers are complaining about the milage, so can you put some at least low mileage as low as 100,000km/h and below.

I have just bad experience with Singapore stock.

I have bought over 100 vehicles from a period of more than 10 years. There is a recent issue I am not happy about. A vehicle I purchased developed a fault and instead of allocating funds to the new one, they resolved to refund. The process of refunding takes more than 30 days. In business terms, this is not productive and may you find a workable solution. Either reimburse within a reasonable period of time, or allocate funds to a new vehicle.

I have purchased more than 40 vehicles, with a few more on the way. All the cars I bought from Be Forward are in very good condition. I believe that money can indeed buy value, as the priced vehicles are of high quality.

I am happy with my current experience of importing from Be Forward and will continue to make purchases from them.
