Beforward a Trusted Business Partner

I am very satisfied doing business with Beforward ever since I started buying from them, I've never been disappointed. The vehicles I have bought from them have never let me down , their vehicles have been carefully selected to the satisfaction of clients and shipping has been right in time no delays. 2nd car what I purchased from…

2nd car what I purchased from Beforward. First experience was brilliant. This purchase was a disaster. The car was advertised as excellent condition. It wasn’t that. Arrived with scratches on the front bumper, front bumpers. Broken sun visor, no revers camera working, power steering pump doesn’t work, auxiliary belt tensioner locked, and other mayor issues. I reported all issues and Beforward doesn’t even answered. I purchased the car with low mileage to avoid problems. I’m engaging a local law firm to sort it out. It hast to stop using is in Africa.

Terrible Customer Service

I paid for a car on 6th June and they indicated on my CAP that payment was made on 24th June. For over a month now, the car is still at the preparation stage.
Also, their customer service is very terrible. They never respond to emails. I’ve sent them several emails and had no response to any of them. It is a mess I must say

I receive my car Harrier October 2023…

I receive my car Harrier October 2023 but after using it shortly the steering was strembling due to lack of wheel balance and alignment. Also the left shock ups was , engine plugs, brake pads was not in a good condition as was forced me to use extra money to rectify the situation.

Beforward provides good services…

Beforward provides good services however the main concern is that why don't you reply messages when we buy cars through Pakistan agents, for example when we want 50% balance payment link as long that unit is reserved by a Pakistan you won't reply. Please kindly improve on that issue

I am well pleased to buy used cars with Beforward because their service is very fast and the dealer are very friendly with us the customers....
Also they give us good cars and if anything wrong with the car they used to tell us straight, that the car is like this and that...

Serious Reliable Company

The whole process of buying and importing the car was clearly structured, easy to follow , perfectly communicated and updated. Service and flexibility (pick up in Nairobi) could not have been better. The value of the car was excellent.

We've been enjoying our 2006 Honda…

We've been enjoying our 2006 Honda Odyssey wagon for about two years now. We purchased it from Be Forward stock. When we first took it to our mechanic he said it was in pristine condition. It uses regular gas and has very good mileage because of the CVT transmission. We always wait till the engine warms up before we drive. We have no problem with right hand drive. It has a beautiful white exterior and beautiful wood trimmed interior with plenty of room for passengers and items.

V smooth purchase experience

V smooth purchase experience, quick and good value for importing a relatively new car to Dar. Be Forward clearing agent was not v familiar with duty free import process so that took longer than necessary. And after sales support for getting the radio/navigation unit working or even into English wasn’t great. But happy otherwise

Be forward sold me a shitty car …

Be forward sold me a shitty car which started overheating after driving 100km from Beitbridge boarder post. Unfortunately I bought through an agent who had deselected the Be forward warranty and when I reached out to Befoward they did not even blink and as a result I have lost over USD8k because I had already settled duties when the car started overheating.

It was easier than most e-commerce…

It was easier than most e-commerce sites. The process is straightforward, with great tracking, and they put you in contact with a local agent whom you can call for updates. It was a stress-free experience. I took a chance on Be Forward, and they repaid it with delight.

Beforward buying experience

Beforward has a smooth buying experience such that you won't have any headache.

And most of all Beforward has highest prices of cars at the market among all the supplier companies.
I like their customer service you can buy at any time you feel like
