It has been six months since I purchased a truck from BeForward, a well-known company that supplies vehicles worldwide. From the beginning, I noticed the windscreen had a chip, which I reported to them, but unfortunately, no action was taken. Over time, that chip has grown into a crack approximately 18 inches long.
Now, I’m facing the challenge of finding a replacement windscreen, and I’m worried about the additional costs this will bring. I’m writing this in the hope of receiving guidance or assistance on where I can purchase a replacement windscreen at a reasonable price or how to resolve this issue effectively.

Scammed out of $1600!! Ordered engine. Never received. Got scammed on so called 'duty fees'. Engine never received. Claim it was 'stolen in transit'

I didn't even want to give 1 star. I ordered a door handle, on top of the door handle i paid €60 postage plus €60 customs fees. Unfortunately the door handle broke in transit and is absolutely useless to me as I can't fit it onto my door and I failed my NCT test because of it. They have not offered me a reasonable solution to the problem and they won't refund me! You should be ashamed of yourselves for your lack of assistance throughout this process. Its not a way to run a business

SCAM ALERT! Saw a nice deal.. ordered it.. they created a process tracker within a week and things looked ok.. fast forward 7 weeks, no update, every time you message them it’s the same generic message, we’ll let you know when we have an update.. they expect you to wait for months and then say oops there was a problem, please select another car.. and start the loop over again.. went to their ‘local office’ turns out it was just a Frieght company that they have contracted to act as their local office.. with NO CONNECTION at all!

All too often we tend to leave a review, from a bad experience.
I've purchased 6 cars in total from beforward and honestly I am nothing but impressed.
Yasu my sales manager is perfect, answering any questions I have had very promptly and always giving reassurance.
From the point of enquiring about a vehicle, through to purchase and delivery, you are kept informed at every point of the purchase.
Every car I've purchased has always come as described and I'm looking forward to doing a lot more business with this company

Warning DoNot deal with this company they wont disclose any aspects or issues they are clearly aware of on any vehicle that you want to purchase and quickly work it to get any lemon of a car on a ship and out of their hands knowing dam well the isdues you will be facing upon import compliance certification and try the as is where is sale attitude and even thougjh it fits the warranty and must say to all to remember any warranty disclaimer what so ever can not be used as an umbrella to protect against negligence at all and to remembet we as customers have Fair tradings actd law and also consumers rights law. Please, everyone, be very cautious when dealing with Beforward. I recently purchased a vehicle—specifically a Land Cruiser Prado—and I want to share my experience to warn others.
I paid for the car in March, but I only received it in June. While shipping delays are understandable, the issues with the vehicle were shocking:
The car lacked the ABC system.
It had a broken key.
The hydraulic pump was faulty.
Both front and rear shocks were damaged.
The central locking system was broken.
The steering box was defective.
All four tires were unusable.
The brake shoes were worn out.
We raised these concerns with the company, but they kept giving excuses and playing around. Despite claiming the car was in good condition, it was far from it. We even went to Toyota Rwanda for a comprehensive inspection, and the report confirmed the extent of the damages.
When we presented this to Beforward, they offered only an $800 refund—despite us paying over $22,000 for the vehicle.
This experience has been disappointing and frustrating. I urge everyone to be very careful and skeptical when dealing with Beforward.

Be Forward sells faulty vehicles
This is my second vehicle with Be Forward. There were generally no issues with the first one. However, this second vehicle, I ordered it from Be Forward in March 2025. The vehicle arrived 4 days ago but I collected it 2 days ago from the port of entry (Wednesday August 6, 2025). Everything was smooth up until I received my vehicle. As soon as I collected the vehicle I noticed that the check engine light for the air bag was on. Later I discovered that the cigarette lighter was not working and the fog lamps were not coming on. I had an electrician check it out in my presence and he showed me that the wiring to the cigarette lighter was not connected, the fog lamp wiring was not connected properly and the wiring harness to the passenger seat belt buckle was missing. So he fixed (in my presence) the cigarette lighter and the fog lamps. I contacted Be Forward immediately today and they are saying that they sent me pictures of the dashboard without the fault code. However, before it was shipped their agent Vova had indicated that the vehicle was being fitted. Now Be Forward is blaming me for their fault and it seems that they are unable to rectify the issue. This is plain dishonesty.
Super easy purchase from Beforward
Super easy purchase from Beforward. I just picked the car online and followed the instructions. I was watching the vessel online as well, and on the right day, I just flew to Vancouver to pick up my car. Everything was nice and smooth, plus excellent communication. The car was in perfect condition, I can't complain. Thinking about purchasing another one. From Beforward of course!

The car I bought from Be forward is not good, it was a bit cheap yes but the car is not in good conditions. Non of the problems that the car has was described. Buying with Be forward is definitely not a good thing, this was not a good purchase at all. Thank you!
