I have been trying for over a month to have a defective Beko dryer that is under warranty and purchased from ElectroCity Waterford repaired or replaced and, in spite of numerous personal visits to ElectroCity, nothing has happened.

I bought a Beko washing machine 14 months ago and it has broken down 4 times. When I 1st bought one it was faulty and had to bring it back to the shop and now the current one been nothing but trouble. The frame of the door came off. The filter on the machine are not easy to access and even thou it was under warranty I was charged €90 for a call out as the engineer had to take the washing machine apart to access the filter. On my previous machines I was able to access the filter to unblock it, I am absolutely frustrated and this stage and been send in circles when I requested a refund, do not buy !!!

Beko have the absolute worst service I have dealt with, if you’re not put on hold for 40 minutes, they cut you off, promise to call you back and never do. The most useless customer service.
We have had an engineer booked to come out 3 times and no one showed. Never known anything like it absolutely shocking!

Registering a machine accurately is next to impossible and there's no way in hell I'd waste my money ringing to register a machine that I should be able to do online, like literally every other appliance company
Customer Care is Awful
Called customer support because my washing machine that is less than a year old is faulty. First call the person was no help at all and basically refused to help me without the purchase date. I'd registered the machine when I bought it, that appeared to be a waste of time and of no interest to them. I called back with the purchase date to be told the serial number on my machine was wrong. And I needed to call the shop to get it... I did that only to be told they dont keep that information. I have a receipt and registered the machine but of no use to Beko.Their customer care is awful.
Don’t buy this if you want any peace in your home
We bought the new recycled drum 8kg Bluetooth BEKO washer dryer when we moved into our new house last September. It had everything we wanted quick cycles, wash to dry, all perfect until we used it! It sounds like an airplane taking off! And moves! We had to actually recheck we didn’t leave any packaging! We’ve since read lots of people have the same issue! Recycled from spanner’s I think!

Was told by Beko advisor that because im in ireland my faulty 1 year old appliance would be added to a queue?? for assessment in order to repair or replace.This was after one of there engineers had already deemed it uneconomical to repair.Facing Christmas without a fridge I finally got a replacement from power city of a different brand. Disguisted with the repetitive condescending nature of the Beko representative I spoke with on the phone. My advice avoid this brand....
Bad customer service
I have read lots of reviews here on Beko, I have a lot of Beko appliances and they are all very good, I've just purchased a Beko double oven, I called the Beko customer service warranty number and the woman I was speaking with seemed to be asleep, and then she kept pushing an extended warranty on me which was very annoying and abrupt, Beko need to sort out their customer service department, I'm not finished here either, I'm going to try and get through to Beko and complain about the woman that was either asleep or on something!!! Not happy

I bought a microwave, an induction hob, and a single oven. All built in ones. They are very easy to open and very efficient and registering for their warranty was as easy as ABC . They have good customer service too . I would recommend these appliances to anyone and everyone.
